Staff very friendly and knowledgeable! Very efficient at their jobs!

Scheduled my appointment yesterday and they were ready for it when I got here today. Was welcomed as soon as I came in and Jeep was taken right in and alignment was started immediately. Always friendly and the service is always done in a timely manner.

I went there to check a leak in one of my front tire, Tony and his crew advised me that where the nail was they couldn’t patch the tire. They stated it would be better to replace the two front tires,and gave me a quote for the tires and oil change and in my opinion a great price. The provide friendly service and had me in and out in no time. Thank you Tony and crew.

The Team in its entirety are very hard working, professional, caring, and it's quite evident that the whole Crew enjoys what they do. I ended up having to get my front and rear struts replaced, tires balanced, and 4-wheel alignment, AND rear ceramic rotors and brake pads replaced ALSO. Everything was done carefully and discount was given by the Shop's Manager, since I was dropping some coin there on a Saturday. Thanks Mavis Tires-Rincon, Ga. My new home for my Car's maintenance upkeep need$!

The wait was a bit long even with a scheduled appointment, but the service was great. Once they had my truck in the bay they wasted no time getting my tires replaced. I will return for future services because the service is worth the wait. Very professional and courteous

Great customer service

Had a tire repaired at the Rincon tire store went flat on me a short time later went to the store. They told me it would be a three hour wait to get a tire patched the gentleman in the store that particular day sent me to another tire company, which was express Tire engineers and oil change cost me $38 to get a repair done on a repair went back to the store. Told the gentleman about my dilemma. He said well you wouldn’t wait on me to fix it. He didn’t bother reminding himself he had sent me to another tire store Because the weight was going to be so long, I will never ever use Mavis tire store again. The man was rude and ugly and kept telling me we’ve got cameras, and this is our property I kept telling him to get away from my truck then he told me I was a liar that he didn’t know that Express repaired The repair the people at express told me to have them to have him call them. Then he changed his tune, but he just kept changing his tune. He flip-flopped a lot I will never use or recommend tire stores again.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop and all of their employees! I had new tires installed by a completely different shop and ran into some issues with that installation. I have had a brain injury and a lot of people think they can take advantage of my situation but Mavis stepped up and told me exactly what I needed to do to get the other company to correct their mistakes. Even though the guys at Mavis, especially Freddy, knew that he wasn't making money off of what he was telling me, he was honest and truly went above and beyond to help me! I am so frustrated with this whole experience but it was a lesson well learned, I saved a very small amount of money by using the first company and it wasn't worth the hassle I have had to go through. I will definitely only deal with Mavis in the future after witnessing the care and compassion they put into their customers.

I would love to have been finished sooner.

This company's dishonesty has disappointed me beyond belief!
Update: Matt called and tried to lie and say it was "someone who worked on the brakes before them". Which still makes no sense. Again, it was driven with no issues prior. He tried to talk down to my husband but he doesn't deal with drama. It's not worth fighting with them. We will never go there again and I will continue to let everyone know. Stay away!!!!
I've been going to Them for 5 years now and they have completed oil changes on 4 cars for us since. I am so disappointed it what this place has become. I dropped my Van off for them to check the brakes. We were quoted $1,600 to change the master cylinder and booster, rotar and brake pads. My husband told the to change the cylinder and booster because he is a certified mechanic but not the rotar and pads. He can do that. he prefers to pay others to do some jobs. (He doesn't like it and works in IT.) The van was not leaking and had no major issues when I dropped it off. This is a travel can only, not an everyday car, so we've been driving it on longer trips where the kids could be comfortable with the space. No issues. We took it in because my husband felt it was a little off. So we had that parts done since we were quoted $800.
Went to pick it up and paid the $905.78 (yes, more than the quoted price but I didn't complain about it and paid). After paying I was that he will not let me drive it and I had to have it towed home. ?? I drove it there with no issues, but it wasn't drivable after paying $900 for repairs. THAT WERE PREVENTATIVE REPAIRS. Buy they can make it drivable for another $800!!! I was told that the brake lines are leaking and do not work. When I reminded him that they were working fine when I dropped it off. I was told "the work they did increase the pressure of the fluid to cause them to leak"
I'm not a Mechanic but even I know that doesn't sound right. The cylinder and booster do not increase the pressure to the brake line!!
Needless to say, the corporate office has been contacted and I will update you with the results.

I was worried I would be without my vehicle all day but these guys got my tire put on in less than 45 minutes! Yall saved my bacon!

I have been in this ordeal since 10am. It is 3pm. I needed a tire patched. If I had not bought the tires here, there is no way I would do business with them. I just heard a tech screaming obscenities about how much he hates this f-ing job. Great. I hope he isn’t working on my car. Never, ever again.

Kelly and the Mavis staff in Rincon, GA have always treated us well. Have never had a bad experience. The work is done quickly and well. A great experience and would highly recommend them.
