Even went as far to make sure I had tire caps for the ones that were missing. He was a great pleasure to speak with, you should promote/give him a raise! Fantastic employee you have there!

I went in for an alignment
I went in for an alignment. I left about 2 hours later and the car was still pulling to the right. I called back immediately and they said bring it back. I brought it back 2 days later. An hour later they said it was better but really I need struts. lol. I interpreted that they were guessing. I decided to go buy two front tires and WAHLAH problem solved. How did a tire place go from inspecting tires to guessing struts. Please explain

Called what I thought was the local…
Called what I thought was the local Mavis location for a price for 4 tires. I was given a price of $119 per tire and a total price of $556 as I specifically asked for a price inclusive of all extras, everything included. I was emailed an appointment time and an order number. However no price was shown on the email. I took my can in on the date given. When I called to collect my car I was given an invoice for over $740, after complaining the manager dropped the charge to $643 he blamed the call center for not giving me the correct price. He explained that even though I called the local number calls are redirected to a call center out of state. The guys did a good job installing the tires but somehow the Mavis quoting system is not working correctly.
