i would not recommend going there. go to town fair or anywhere else. i’ve had to go and have every tire bead resealed and rebalanced. they also declined working on my truck because i have wheel spacers after i called and told them i bought the tires less than a month ago and 2 of them were leaking air. they told me they couldn’t fix them because i have spacers. so i went to town fair tire and they fixed my issue in less than an hour with 0 hassle. i paid 1600$ and they can’t even take care of me. will never go back to mavis tire in salem nh.

Great service from all the gentlemen I worked with in the Salem NH Mavis store. From Eddy to Doug to Arthur & Jeremy - they all handled all customers, that I witnessed, and myself with professionalism and honesty. I appreciate them working with me to get the decent pricing and helped me make good use of a great sale on my new Goodyear tires. Went with all 4 due to the deal currently running. Thank you to all of you for all your help and hard work!

I had an emergency issue with one of my tires and Mavis got me in and fixed within an hour of calling them. They offer fast service!

Louis was great had tires in stock. Was expecting to make an appointment they did it while I waited. They checked in multiple times while work was being done. Would highly recommend going here for services.

I scheduled an appointment online and selected the services I needed on my vehicle. The services needed were Tire Repair, Tire Rotation, Front End Check and Brake Check. When I dropped my car off at Mavis I highlighted the needed services with the person at the check-in desk.
When I picked my car up when they called and said it was ready the only service that was performed was the tire repair. The check out person offered no apology or explanation for the incomplete service.
I have been using Mavis for 20+ years going back to when it was NTB for servicing my vehicles. That ends today. Your service sucks, your personnel is incompetent and my invoice has my vehicle listed as a 2017 Nissan Rogue – my vehicle is a 2013 Buick LaCrosse.

I went to my dealership for a 15,000 mile check-up and told them one of my tires was losing air. They checked it and told me that it couldn't be fixed and that I needed to buy a new tire. The cost would be over $325.00. I went to Mavis for a better deal on a new tire but the guy I talked to said, "Let's see if you do need a new tire." As it turns out, they were able to repair the tire and charged me only $24.99. That told me that these people at Mavis can be trusted to take care of their customers. They could have easily sold me a new tire even though I didn't need one. That in itself speaks volumes. If I should need any type of tire service in the future, I'll be going back to Mavis.

i felt very welcomed by the staff and everyone here was very knowledgeable. even though i came in for an oil change they mentioned my axles were both leaking and would need to be replaced in the future. good to know safety is important to them.
