I just want to take this time and thank Victoria for the help and assistance she gave me I took my van in for tires she had me in and out thank you again

I brought my Honda Pilot in because the PSI in my rear left tire was 26 (other tires were at 37). The tech let me know that they did all of the tests and found nothing. I left the store. Overnight, the PSI was down to 27. I had to take this car to see family, with my kids in tow, on the NJ Turnpike. Yesterday morning I needed to be somewhere and did go because my PSI was now at 16. Clearly, something was wrong with the tire. My husband had to take time off of work this morning so I could drive our son to school in his car and he took my car to another local tire place (note that at this point, the PSI was at 9). In no time at all, the tech from a different company let us know there was a nail in the tire. I'm not sure why Mavis couldn't find the nail, but sending me on my way and telling me the tire was fine, was very dangerous. I called the store and spoke with Tori, who told me she was the store manager and she seemed very unbothered by the situation. I will never go back here.

Made an 8am appointment and my car was not in the bay until 9:20am. What is the point of booking an appointment?

Eric B has been my go to mechanic for over eight years. I only bring my car to Eric for my routine oil changes and all other car repairs. Eric is absolutely the best! Victoria and Bob do an outstanding job handling the customers at the front counter! Customers are handled promptly. The phone is answered promptly with professional top grade customer service! I only take my car to Mavis Discount Tires!

I had the pleasure of working with Hector, and I must say, his professional demeanor and willingness to help were outstanding. From the very beginning, he approached every task with a positive attitude and a calm, composed manner. Hector was attentive and patient, taking the time to thoroughly address any questions or concerns I had. His knowledge and expertise were evident. What stood out most was his dedication to providing the best possible assistance, making sure I felt fully supported throughout the entire process. Hector truly exemplifies both. Highly recommend!

The staff and managers are very professional and responsive! I had a rather difficult situation with my air compressor (which was faulty but under warranty) causing there to be no air in my vehicle during the middle of July. It took several attempts and many hours for the mechanic to rectify the problem, but the staff kept me apprised of the status through out the entire process making sure I understood what was happening with my vehicle! Shout out to Ellis, Tori, Stephen, Calvin, Larry and especially, Eric for making Mavis Auto of Sicklerville my go-to place for quality vehicle maintenance and repairs!

I came in an hour before they closed, with their garage full! Needing an oil change for a business trip in the morning, they were so kind to help me anyway! Every time I come in the staff is smiling with excellent quality service ! Thank you so much !

Terrible Service. Don't Go There, waste of money they Don't call you back they steal your money. They Will Not solve your issue, nor will they follow thru with anything. Terrible, terrible Service
