Not my first visit and I will continue to take advantage of the service and friendly atmosphere. Efficient and professional at a great cost

I dealt with Joey and he could not have been more helpful! I came in for 2 tires. It ended up I needed rear breaks and two additional tires. Joey ordered the tires and my appointments were honored on time.
Joey was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure I was satisfied! Wonderful experience!

I've always use them for my trucks mainand never had a bad experience. Workers are courteous and efficient. Very well pleased.

Jose' & Morgan got me in/out in less than a hour. They remembered I was there for 5 ours two weeks ago for the extensive work that had to be done.Jose even took $30. off the job.

They were amazing. The employees were so insanely nice and accomidating. I was there two days in a row. They told me exactly what was wrong with my car. Fixed it in the time frame I was given and they were very clear and polite. They also went above and beyond in explaining other issues with my car that I mentioned to them.

Jose the manager at the Somers Point NJ location was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond typical customer service and so did his crew.

Unfortunately, 6 months into a new set of tires and I had a slow leak in one of the four. I went to wawa to air up the tire and the valve stem core blew out...this is on a new set of tires mind you. As luck would have it, I bought them from a Mavis and there happened to be a Mavis less than 2 miles from the wawa. I put a cap on the stem to prevent additional leaking and drove to Mavis. They were not opened yet and one of the crew explained that they have appointments that may take priority over my issue. I totally get it. They have a business that is organized around appointments and I came rolling in with a relatively simple emergency. Well, as luck would have it, not all of the scheduled appointments arrived on time, so they were able to squeeze me in. The stem had broken and needed to be replaced so it took a bit longer than anticipated, but they had me on the road within 45 minutes and were fair about the expense...really just charged for labor. I always liked Mavis and this was really just a tire/stem manufacturer thing. They accommodated me and I can't ask for more than that. For what its worth, I think they are a solid company and I trust their service.

Every time I come to Mavis in Somers point the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. My car is always serviced at my schedule time and my wait is as expected. Highly recommend!!

From start to finish everything went smooth. From making appointment to picking up my car….fast service reliable and courteous.

Didn’t have an appointment but the girl at the counter said she could get me in in an hour when the next service person got in. I said I was going to wait but would walk to the store. She called me 45 minutes tandoori said it was ready. I really appreciated her taking such good care of me and getting the tire done ASAP. I go to this Mavis for all work I need done on my car the help there are really nice very polite very helpful.
