One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, Dustin and Brandon were very helpful and very nice upfront. And the mechanic, Frank was very good with my vehicle! Will definitely be going here for more service!

I’m always well informed about any issues with my vehicle. I’m always made aware of pricing and what constitutes as an emergency or what can wait until next time.

Our neighborhood has been plagued by an individual putting nails in the road that has resulted in numerous tires being damaged. The staff was great at providing different tire options that suited my car's needs but also provided timely options for the service. I have recently moved from out of state and am glad that I have found a reliable place to bring my vehicle with an incredibly nice and honest staff.

I’m a repeat customer of Mavis. I had a tire with low pressure. Mark listened to what I say and assured me that he would check throughly for the leak. Of course he located it and determined a previous patch on the tire was leaking. He gave me all my options so that I could make the right decision…even though he could repair the tire properly, i chose to get a new tire! His knowledge and careful inspection of my other tires & brakes while I was there gave me an comfort and an accurate report that everything was looking good. I was able to determine when I needed to replace the other 3 and had plenty of time to save $ for the day I would schedule in the future. Loved his level of Customer Service so much I left a postcard stating his Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL! So yes, a happy continued customer!

I had my Mazda3 inspected here about a month ago. Upon dropping my car off, I mentioned wanting a new set of tires.

While my car was still in shop, I received a phone call informing me that it was suggested that I get shocks and struts. The mechanic continued by saying that he wouldn't recommend getting new tires until this work was done. I declined the service.

At pickup I questioned the condition of the shocks and struts, asking how bad of a condition they are in. The mechanic at the desk merely replied that they were actually fine, it was just a suggestion based on mileage of the vehicle. My vehicle is currently at 45k and Mazda doesn't even recommend this until 50-100k. I also drove only approximately 2k miles in the last year.

As I waited for my keys, I overheard another mechanic tell a woman, you guess it...she needed shocks and struts.

This was our first visit to this location and our last. This single experience was enough to prove that this company is far from trust worthy and has encouraged us to take our business to a more reputable location.

To add to this lousy experience, I even emailed the address listed on their "guarantee" sign to make them aware of this scam. Over a month has passed and the company couldn't even bother to respond.

Friendly fast service ,easy to make inspection appointment

Took my car in for Passenger front lower control arm, Sway Bar links and Tie Rod ends along with alignment, I had the control arm and sway bar links parts, I got told the control arm was not the right one and ended up paying triple the price I paid for the control arm already have. After getting a new lugnut key because my original was never given back I did a tire rotation and while doing it I found out that my passenger front control arm was not replaced, reason I know its because my driver side control arm was replaced some months ago and its clear that my passenger side remains the same. It was never Replaced

wonderful service! I went in for an annual inspection. The service was thorough and quick (I stayed and waited for my vehicle). The staff was honest and helpful.

Excellent turnaround on an unscheduled appointment this morning. Staff friendly and competent. Very pleased with experience.
