These folks were professional and did a great job. Ed, Jeff, Sydney and Brandon were the best. My car rides way better now. Content with my services.

My experience with this Mavis location was outrageous, frustrating, and completely lacking in accountability.

After the service, my vehicle was left with a caliper problem and oil spilled throughout the engine compartment and surrounding areas. I filed a formal complaint, submitted a letter, and provided photo evidence, expecting a serious process and a fair response. Instead, the company chose to deny responsibility without properly reviewing all of the evidence. That is not a serious investigation; that is rejecting the complaint first and then looking for a way to justify it afterward.

Later, they publicly responded to my review to appear concerned and directed me to call 914-984-2500, Option #2, Consumer Solutions. I followed that step, and the result was exactly the same: empty apologies, no real solution, no repair, no acceptance of responsibility, and no genuine effort to correct the damage. In my experience, “Consumer Solutions” does not operate as a true customer resolution channel, but rather as a filter to divert the complaint, wear down the consumer, and protect the company from the consequences of its own actions.

I also requested a formal written response so I would have documentation and be able to proceed with complaints to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. So far, all I have received are evasive responses, apologies with no practical value, and a clear refusal to take responsibility.

I depend on my vehicle every day, and even so, I ended up being the one who had to clean the spilled oil myself and deal with the consequences of their poor service on my own. After this experience, I would not trust this location again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Anyone considering this location should be extremely careful: take detailed photos before and after service, inspect the vehicle thoroughly before leaving, and make sure everything is documented, because if something goes wrong, you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own.

What I received was not customer service; it was a strategy to appear responsive while avoiding accountability.

They were super quick and resolved my tire issue. They always do a great job!

The service was fast. Jeff is the best manager ever. He was very personable and all of the technicians cared about my safety with the vehicle.

Always a five star experience at the Mirror Lake location. Fast, honest and quality work.

Beware ,Beware i went to the Villa Rica mavis tire store oct28-25 to have a simple plug fixed and while watching through the observation windows I caught them cutting my tire in order to sell me a new one!.. Managers Jeff,Ed and I think the person at desk was a female however I'm not sure are a shady trio! Especially ladies should be ware!. They are shady operators with smiles and if they can't convince you with "upsells,they start slashing tires.. Caught them red handed!! Anyone can contact me on FB!! I strongly suggest "Discount Tires! I have always used Discount tires but the Mavis Discount Tire was from my wife's car! She has said she will only use Discount tires from now on..P.S i am now the strongest advocate for Discount Tires..
