Mavis Tire on Kidder Street is AMAZING. Donny is the best. He is very knowledgeable and honest! I will never take my car anywhere else!!

I always get my car fixed at Mavis the Employees are very friendly and take time to listen to what your asking them and they are very honest about what you need to have done to your vehicle. I would always come back to have my car fixed at Mavis.

Went to my local mavis about 6 months ago, to purchase tires for my car as well as a tire alignment.

6 months later my car tires don't pass inspection! Shocker indeed since they said it's most likely an alignment issue. Hmm didn't I just buy one?

Picked up the phone and called Marvis to speak to Chris (such a lovely man indeed) he said to bring them in the following day but I needed the sticker on my car then so off to another place to get tires to get my inspection sticker. Different place, same answer "looks like an alignment issue"

My husband goes to Mavis to see Chris the following morning only for Chris to tell him the tires only need air. Common Chris we both know that's not true. Chris then said he can offer us half the price on new tires!!! Oh boy, it's almost as if I didn't just buy new ones! Chris goes somewhere only to come back to say we can do an alignment free of charge. Bless his heart!

Now that I'm thinking, Chris is the one who sold us the tires saying how good of a brand they are, and now he's saying to my husband how horrible and trashy this brand is. Hmm

Off to the phone with corporate, I go. Didn't want anything just wanted them to know how much of a rip-off their shop is. $100 for alignment only to have issues 6 months down the line??

Spoke to a lovely woman to who I voiced my concerns to. She called the store while my husband was still there. She gets back on the phone with me and repeats everything I told her but now something is different.

After my husband's car is done Chris walks out to speak to his other employees within hear shot of my husband. This is where Chris' true colors show. He goes into a rant about how much of a scumbag we are and how we just want free stuff, how they are going above and beyond.

My husband makes the mistake of telling me which I relay to the once nice corporate woman. The woman now gets nasty with me? Like I want to be here on the phone with you out $100, because your shop employees didn't do what I paid for? She repeats to me that Chris is going above and beyond for my husband and that she doesn't believe that Chris would ever do such a thing.

To sum this whole thing up, paid $500 for tires and alignment. The tires didn't pass due to not getting the alignment I paid for (multiple places I went to said it looks like an alignment issue)
Marvis (Chris) tried saying it's cause my husband hit a curb/tires low in the air. Marvis didn't take responsibility for the issue and got called a scumbag for talking to corporate.

So please if all these things sound swell! Go in fact run to your local Mavis and ask for Chris because he goes above and beyond!!

I PURCHASED TIRES , FRONT END ALLINGMENT AND TIRE ROTATION! I DELT WITH DON AND ALL I CAN SAY IS HE IS THE BEST! HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND AN ABSOLUTELY A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH! DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR UNNECESSARY THINGS! I WILL GO NO WHERE ELSE WHEN I NEED SUSPENSION WORK OR TIRES! SIMPLY THE BESTPERIOD!

The guys are great! It was fast, friendly service.

Don was very helpful for me in and out quickly and he was the only person working.

I had a flat tire called mavis they said if I bring it now they can look at it before they close. Chris was very nice and helped with any question I had about the tire.
Chris ( the tire guy) did a great job taking the time out to find the problem and fix it.
Very nice gentleman.

I recently had my car inspected at Mavis. Have been going here for years and always get great service. Trust Donny’s inspections. He always explains what’s wrong and what needs to be done ….always a far price.

Had my car in for an inspection. Donny was great, he let me know right away I needed rotors and pads. The price quoted was reasonable and accurate. He was friendly, polite and super helpful.. Will come back again!!!

Will definitely be coming back here and recommend everyone come. Knowledgeable great staff
