Horrible

On 11/6/2025 had an appointment to get oil changed and tires rotated. My appointment was for 4 pm was told it would take about an hour to have the services done. A few other people came in with tire issues so they decided to stop working on my car to help them. appointment customers take priority over walk-in customers. That was not the case on this particular day. Walk-ins are served based on when staff are available From my understanding. My total time there was close to 2 hrs. They did not charge me since my wait was so long which I do appreciate. Those walk in customers should have had to wait to be honest.
