My mom had a simple oil change, and the next morning, we went to get four new tires. However, upon arrival, she noticed her engine smelled like smoke. We took it to an autobody shop, and they discovered oil was spilled on the engine. We still have it there for repairs. If you’re supposed to do an oil change, how can you spill oil on the engine and not realize it? They don’t even answer their phones. After getting my tires, I thought the tire pressure light was on because they forgot to recalibrate it. But when they took my car to recalibrate, they realized they didn’t even put air in the new tires. Complete lack of awareness in this place. Even the manager said “I have to do everything”

As always, the Wyckoff shop is entrusted with my four family vehicles. A 25, 24, 23 and 16 model year vehicles. They expertly take care of older model and new vehicles and make appropriate recommendations to keep them all running smoothly. Thanks Dave!

My parking brake light illuminated on the dashboard and I saw in the car handbook that I needed brake fluid. I contacted my local Mavis dealer (Goffle Road) and was told to come right over. In less than a half hour, they had performed a brake fluid flush and refill, I go to Mavis for all my car-related maintenance and repairs because they are pleasant, competent, and reliable.

Had ANOTHER screw stuck in my tire so back Mavis I went. Was in and out within 30 minutes. Easy repair today. I’ve had other work done here before (struts) and they did a great job replacing those. No issues since that job was done over a year ago. I don’t hesitate going to Mavis for repairs.

Several months ago purchase tires from here. I drive a large SUV. I went in because my Tire light were coming on, probably due to the cold weather and needed air in my spare tire underneath the vehicle. Immediately, the employee behind the counter was advising me my tires must be low because I ran over a nail or some other object in the road and it is not their responsibility. At this location previously spent $2000 in tires for my vehicle in my families vehicles. The gentleman behind the desk was so insistent that I was the problem, that I walked out. Horrible customer service! All I needed was air put in my spare tire underneath the vehicle, but the employee wouldn’t even listen. Contacted Mavis customer service useless as well, as they advised, I could get a voucher that has no value, but could only use it in a store that was not franchise. How the hell would I know that info? Searching for a tire company that stands behinds and appreciates their customers.

John went out of his way twice to help me with the TPMS light that kept showing up and patiently explained the monitoring system and what to do after checking all 4 tires carefully to ensure that there wasn't another problem. Thank you John and Rahmi for your help. Peggy

I visited the Mavis discount tire center in Wyckoff today. The gentleman who took care of me was informative, polite, funny and most of all professional.
I work in the service industry and it’s nice to meet good people who serve in one’s same capacity. Thank you Cory.

Great service…tire had nail and when I went to have a new tire put on next morning it was on rim and 5 minutes later on my merry way!
