Great service, and Matthew was so helpful. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

I purchased new tires with road hazard coverage from Mavis Discount Tires about a year ago. I went to get my tires rotated, and they wanted $19.99/tire to rebalance the tires. Every other place I purchased tires in the past would rebalance the tires for free. I would not purchase tires from Mavis Discount Tires again.

I stopped in there this morning and the staff was extremely courteous thorough and attentive. They were also quick to handle all my needs. The price was surprisingly low. It was refreshing to experience such personal service, and I would recommend that others patronize this establishment.

Very disappointed. Purchased tires with 50000 mile warrant with the extra insurance they offer. At 30000 it was worn to steel. It took two weeks to get an answer due to a new system implementation. Meanwhile, my family member is driving around on this tire. Tires are rotated every oil change. The other 3 tires tread is now where near the bad tire. There answer will give 25 % off. Somehow, an obvious defective tire now cost me $400 plus for two new ones. Now I understand why the regional manager calls each day to see what business they have done. "We had some good ones today, brake flush. That's about it" The place was dead. Perhaps how the "Company" takes care of its customers is starting to show.

Never quoted price after I asked. Mechanic was on phone while working on my car. Overfilled oil by 1 quart. Personal item had been messed with inside car. Manager did apologize and refund my money.
Will not be back to Lenoir, NC location. Sorry. I had to go to another location to have extra quart drained to prevent engine damage.

The service was excellent even though they were a little short handed. Great shop.

Shout out to Travis for always accommodating me every time I need Tire Kingdom's services with Tires,Alignments,Etc. Always fitting me in and always getting the job done right!!! Doug R

My dad and I have been bouncing around looking for a good place for a couple of tires. We were already out and about, so we tried places alittle farther from home. Im with dad just so he doesn't get hassled or over priced mind you. No luck....until I tell dad about mavis right down the street from my house. We took a shot and low and behold...it should have been our first choice. Anthony greeted us, I told him our situation and BOOM! done and done. Anthony made us feel like we're in good and hands and he wasn't wrong. Anyways, this is and will continue to be the place I go for any automotive needs thanks to Anthony and the rest of the staff. THANK YOU MAVIS TIRE!!! you guys are doing it right.

Not amused with this place! So I bought my tires at Tire Kingdom, which is a subsidy of Mavis tire. My tires came with the #Warranty, we called mavis tire in Dansville, They said they should be able to help out, I drove my car with a cupped sidewall about 22 minutes away and left it at the dealership for the day. We were in contact with one of the Techs and the only bs answer they can come up with for replacement is they are requiring me to replace all four tires with the ghetto brand and they’re only playing 50% of it and no sales tax or installation is included. If this is the way you’re gonna run a business and supposedly offer your clients a #Warranty you might as well stop being in business. It’s bullshit!!!

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire in Bolivia, NC. I came in with a nail in my tire, and the team took care of it quickly and professionally. They were able to patch it right away, and I was back on the road in about 25 minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire needs!

Technician spent 25mins checking every other part of my car except the tire that needed to be replaced. He only started work on the tire after I raised my concerns about his time wasting to the front desk. I was told to calm down by the person at the front desk and was told that they have to check the car prior to working on the car . Ok I accept this but 25mins is a joke without even looking at the problem. I will not use this location again and go back to the other store on nth Beneva.

This is second visit to Mavis tire in Bolivia with bad outcomes. In the first visit, they changed the back tires instead of the front tires on my car.

During this visit, I found found that appointments are not appointments, the store operates first come first serve. Why do they take appointments online then?

I recently visited the Shop on Payne street in North Tonawanda, where i usually go for small work like brakes, oil changes or tires. This was by far my worst experience ever allowing someone to work on my vehicle. The heavy set bald guy with a black pickup truck worked on my vehicle and also went through my car. I was there to have my brakes done mind you. He was in my car while it was on the lift, not sure why. I have never before seen a mechanic work on my brakes from inside the vehicle. He ask me if i want my Vape out my car. I was confused because i don't vape. I was puzzled, I didn't understand so I asked him what Vape, and he says the Vape pin. I realized he meant the pin my friend left in my car that I hid in the middle compartment of my car. I covered this pin with mail, sunglasses, perfume bottles and lotions that no one could see unless they were rummaging through my stuff. The manager heard him and she shook her head because she caught on before I did that he shouldn't have been going through my items in my car. I wouldn't recommend ever going back there with that guy working. Later while this same Mechanic was fixing my brakes, he became frustrated because they ordered the wrong size brake pads, so he hits my car with a iron rod. Remind you the place allows you to see everything he is doing. I reported this incident to the corp.office and I told them what happened, they said they would talk with him. They mechanics only make $18 an hour so I know they don't care, and neither do the mechanic. I will be sharing this information everywhere I will be writing more reviews to save someone else from going to that specific shop.

My request for service was immediately accommodated and the service was performed in a very timely manner.
