The good:
They package and send stuff quick
Postage is reasonable
Nutrients seem good quality and good price
The bad:
Don't buy any hardware (pots, lights etc) because if it's damaged in transit, the once quick email response goes silent for *days*.
The support response time was EXTREMELY disappointing and vague.

Worst site
Worst site. They dont have any Storage. EVERYTHING is drop ship. They charge you money for items they dont have. And then they cant refund IT. Stay away from This scam operation

Dear customer, We are extremely sorry that the purchased goods do not meet your expectations. As we already explained in the previous conversation, you received a fan in accordance with the description, as evidenced by the rating plate on the housing (280 m3 / h - max). The package contained an Erp certificate which specifies the parameters achieved (200 m3 / h) at the appropriate load (50 Pa). These are not the parameters of the maximum air flow of the fan, but the parameters of the flow at the appropriate load. In addition, we informed you that you have the option of returning unused goods at the expense of the buyer, but you did not want to use this option. To sum up, you got exactly the goods you bought, all issues were sorted out immediately. Best Regards, Maxgrowshop team.

Customer service is too much to expect.
Ordered items online through their website. Instructions said that an estimate for delivery would be given and I would be contacted. Absolutely no contact made. I had to chase them up only to be told that one item wasn't available and one item couldn't be shipped. I was then told that "not all customers are contacted", as though I was expecting too much customer service by simply expecting them to follow through with what they actually say they'll do. Time completely wasted. Order cancelled. Review completed.

I changed my mind 2 days after ordering…
I changed my mind 2 days after ordering and wanted to remove a product off my order, Andrezj has been super lovely and efficient, I received my money back in less 24h. My two packages arrived in a week safely, incredibly well packed - Tetris level. Your products are safe, my go to from now on.
