I ordered a tree as a gift for my Mum and despite the fact that the company claimed to have a lot of packages to process, I received mine very fast! It was a lovely gesture and the package arrived on time. The product quality was top.

Super mooie bonsai boompje, een aan rader, en Super goed verpakt.

Ik heb meerdere dingen besteld bij Maxifleur. Helaas was 1 grote en dure vaas kapot bij levering. Dit is allemaal keurig netjes door de service afdeling opgelost. De kunstplanten hebben er nu bijna en jaar en ze zien er nog steeds goed uit. Echt top!

Wat een top bedrijf Alles verliep perfect van bestellen t/m bezorgen.En een prachtig produkt Nog mooier dan ik dacht Een aanrader !!!!!Succes verder .

Prachtige planten besteld en een aantal zijde bloemen. Stuk voor stuk zien ze er mooi en natuurgetrouw uit. En dat voor een hele schappelijke prijs.
De planten zijn mooi vol en goed te vormen zonder dat je bang hoeft te zijn dat je een blad afbreekt.

Mooie kustbloemen. Niet van echt te onderscheiden. Enig minpuntje is de verzending. Daar zijn ze niet echt snel mee. Heb al meerdere bestellingen bij ze gedaan in het verleden en elke keer duurt dagen nadat je besteld hebt eer het een keer wordt opgestuurd.
Als je bij hun concurrent Easyplants besteld heb je het de volgende dag in huis. Bij Maxifleur nooit.

I bought two hanging plants in the Dutch site. When they arrived, they were pale pink color instead of maroon, likely due to overexposure to light. In fact, it is hard to tell whether they were even the correct item: only a single low-resolution picture was available on their website. That should have prevented me to purchase with them.
The product looked extremely cheap, fake and low quality. Colors and textures that do not exist in nature.
To my surprise, that was just the beginning. After a tortuous experience with the customer service, they denied any responsibility and made me pay for the return shipping (10 Euro).
To avoid at all cost...

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this company. I contacted customer service 3 times to cancel the order. Each time I was informed that the order would be cancelled. A few days later, the courier delivered the package. I asked the service department for return details and a return label. in response I got that due to brexit they are not able to generate a return label for me, which involves returning the product at my own expense. I finally gave up on this option because I wasn't sure how long it would take for the package to reach them. the product ended up in the trash anyway (it wasn't cheap) due to poor workmanship. the cheapest flowers for the grave look better than what I got. I believe that even one star rating is too much for them.

My bonsai tree arrived with a 10cm section broken off and poorly packed. Contacted customer services who wish me to return the item before they will replace it. I pointed out Scotland is in lockdown due to the Corona Virus and we are advised to stay at home unless we have to shop for essential groceries etc. This didn't make any difference to them as they insist I return the damaged item or they can offer a 50% discount and I can keep the damaged bonsai tree. I asked for contact details for their CEO which they refused to provide. Their latest email in poor English advised me they have shown my email to their nameless CEO and they also insist I return the damaged plant or accept the 50% discount. I have never came across such poor customer service making ridiculous demands that I leave my home to return their damaged goods in the middle of a global pandemic. Absolutely shocking!

Mooie producten voor een redelijke prijs.
Vooral erg vriendelijke, goede service. Bij afhalen in de showroom bleek dat door werkzaamheden de voetpaden onder de snelweg door waren verdwenen en het bedrijf daardoor niet met ov bereikbaar was. Na een belletje kwam een medewerker de bestelling gewoon naar me brengen bij de bushalte. Zoveel moeite voor een kleine klant ben ik niet gewend. Echt top service!

Ik heb enkele kunstbloemen en planten besteld bij hun en die zijn snel geleverd. Alles was zéér goed en veilig verpakt met plastic luchtkussens en piepschuim in een geschikte doos. Hoewel de inhoud niet heel breekbaar was nemen ze het verpakken wel serieus, daar zouden sommige andere webwinkels een voorbeeld aan hebben! Voor kunstbloemen en planten is dit een betrouwbaar adres is mijn eerste ervaring! Bij Maxifleur kun je dus met een gerust hart iets kopen. Een aanrader!
