My gown is exactly what I wanted. Excellent workmanship, quality materials as always!

If I could give this experience a 0 star I would! This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Let's start by addressing the fact I paid $40.00 USD extra for 5-10 day shipping, the package was delayed and I wouldn't have received it in that amount of days which I paid for, on top of that I never even received my dress that I ordered and was told I couldn't get a refund because UPS "attempted" to deliver my package which is false. I sent them (Maxim) a email stating that I was home the whole time and UPS never tried to deliver the package. Maxim stated that I had to pay UPS $23.71 extra USD for the package coming from India (during a disaster in the Middle East)(which should've been stated upfront) that's why I haven't received my package and it was nothing they could do on their part. My package was then placed on a hold so I couldn't receive it so I requested the package be sent back to the sender (Maxim), once I made the request the return was processed, Maxim then reached out to me stating that I couldn't make a return back to them because they don't have an account with UPS so the package couldn't be returned. Which left me in the end without a package and no help from Maxim because UPS couldn't help me without Maxim accepting the package return, so now I'm out of $170.00 USD.

I ordered few kaftans from Maxim creation. I was satisfied with one of them. The material and design are good. The material of one of the garment is polyester while in the website it was listed as cotton. I have contacted the sales to exchange they agreed but I found out that the cost of shipping the package back to India was about $150!

Pros: Timely shipping

Cons: Returns from the USA are costly

All the pieces were excellent quality beautifully finished and arrived well.

I LOVE Amy dresses…but you sent the wrong sizes. I ordered 5x and the Maxim sent was XL. I cannot wear these dresses. I am so upset - HELP me PLEASE!!

Absolutely stunning creations delivered in great timing!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the kaftan I received. Upon opening the package, I immediately noticed that many of the golden beads were missing, even before trying it on. To make matters worse, I reached out to customer service multiple times via email to request a resolution, but I have yet to receive any response. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
