They are a scam website selling cheap products. They con you through a misleading product website where they show high quality products and send really cheap quality products from China. Do not order from them. They do not respond to return requests. Massive scam

I regret buying from this company. They pretend to be European company (company name), but in reality, they are a Chinese company selling very low‑quality products. The items I received looked nothing like the photos and felt extremely cheap.

The worst part is their return policy. They don’t tell you upfront that if you’re unhappy, you must pay the shipping to China yourself, which costs three times more than the product itself. This is how they trap people—making it practically impossible to return anything.

They trick customers with misleading branding and photos. I will never buy from them again and strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I wore the sandals three times total and the right sandal on the left side came apart. I emailed customer service twice and never received any response. The quality of the sandals are terrible that they would come apart after wearing them three times when there's no wear on the bottom or the sides of the sandal.Palma Orthopedic Sandals × 1

Ordered a top. Was too big. Sent email asking for exchange instructions (they have a customer care phone number but it is a sham and doesn’t answer). Claim they will respond w/in 24 hours. I have sent an email a day for the past 10 days w/ no response. Return policy is 14 days…why do I get the impression I won’t be able to return even though I requested exchange a day after receipt? AVOID THIS SCAM.

I ordered two pairs of shoes from the online store and neither were the actual shoes I ordered nor the correct size. The quality that I did get was very, very poor. I tried to return them to China and did not get a response for weeks. The process to return them cost over twice the cost to purchase them (which must be paid by the buyer.) Alternatively, they offered a 10% refund within 12 to 24 hours that never came.

UPDATE
Finally received the small refund but now I have two pairs of shoes that are not what I ordered nor the right size. I feel totally ripped off.

The item arrived 18 days after ordering. It was SUPPOSED to be a stylish linen jacket. What arrived looked like a flimsy shapeless pyjama jacket. I wouldn’t have paid a fiver never mind £43!!!

Bought something that looked delightful online but looked like I bought it at the Dollar Store when it arrived. This experience has cured me from buying from unknown brands. Paid $40 for something I will never use. Not "letting (them) know about my review" because clearly they would not care.

I ordered a shirt in size M, but received something closer to a size XXS—I submitted a complaint through their website and requested either a refund or a replacement shipment, I never heard back. Will never buy from this company again. Product came direct from China and it took almost a month to receive the product in the first place.

I know exactly what this company is doing.
They are selling you product at premium prices and buying them from chinese web sites at cheap prices such as TEMU. Thats why it takes so long to get the product and there is no "customer service".

The company failed to deliver my shoes, provided false Proof Of Delivery. When the lie was demonstrated they promised to refund or resend my shoes, then changed their mind.
A totally dishonest scam company.

Do Not Use them as they will steal your money like they did mine.

In addition, beware Paypal did not help as the company gave an incorrect proof of delivery and Paypal did not query it when requested to.

Please do not buy anything from these people. The quality is low and does not look like what's posted on the internet. I tried do a return, they never responded. I am stuck with poor products with luxury prices. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.

Ordered several things. Clothes are poor quality and most are under-sized. Tried to make an exchange for several days, they will not respond. I sent several emails with no response. The phone number on their website says no one is available on a message. No way to reach them. I am disputing credit card charges as no other option. Will donate the clothes.

Ordered shirts from them and they never arrived. I contacted them several times and they said I didn’t put the correct address on my order. I did!
They agreed to refund but I have now waited several months for them to do this. Not responding to my emails. They are a scam…
They Advertise on Facebook…AVOID!

The shoes I received are literal junk. They probably cost a dollar to make, if that. Cheapest materials, flimsy plastic, they weigh next to nothing - no substance to them. To return you have to ship back to China and pay customs- they recommend FexEx - WORST online buying experience.

I order a pair of shoes that I paid $44.99 plus tax, the shoes are defective. So I requested a replacement and they said it was over the 14 day requirement. I very upset because I like the shoes but they were made with very low quality material. So yes quality and service is terrible. Don’t buy from this company. But it teach me to not buy from them again

I purchased two pairs of their Rovan ultra comfort sneakers (they look like penny loafers), one blue and one beige. When I received them, they do not look like those advertised. The “penny slot” strip is sewn across the very top of the tongue instead of lower as advertised (see profile picture). They look horrible. Customer service offers a refund at my cost for shipping which is nice of them to offer the refund, however the cost of shipping is on me for their defective, and deceivingly advertised product. Buyers BEWARE!!
