If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Scam...

Complete scam, not only do they take your money and never send any product, they then have the audacity to challenge my bank demanding a refund. Thieves and scammers, avoid at all costs.

Complete scam, take your money & don’t send order. Cant get the money back because there’s no customer service. Completely unresponsive. Company needs seriously reporting

ABSOLUTE SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY , GIVE YOU A BOGUS TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAYS ITS DELIVERED AND IT NEVER WAS OR WILL BE.

Complete scam. They shut down their email and their phone number. Said package was received by Wimberly, somewhere out in California. Complete bogus site. Don’t buy from them. Total scam.

They sent the package to the wrong place and never said a word after. I have reached out to the listed contact multiple times to no avail. DO NOT BUY from this website.

Same issue as others. Order # isn’t found contacted them via email/phone and never heard back. UPS showed delivered but to some bogus address with a random picture. This is a complete scam and will be filing a dispute with my bank. Please watch out.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. My husband ordered two of these packages. Never showed up. Got a bogus tracking number that says delivered to my address. Funny USPS said that’s not a real tracking number. They won’t return emails and order number they gave me is bogus too. Just disputed charges with my bank. Wish me luck! $98 is a hard loss!

Still waiting on delivery confirmation and have contacted the company by email. If I don’t receive a response, I’ll be raising a chargeback with my bank for “goods not received.”

For anyone else experiencing issues, if you paid by debit or credit card, you can contact your bank to request a chargeback. You usually have up to 120 days to do this.

Always check independent reviews before purchasing. Stay safe.

Ordered gift set items never showed! Email the company no response back, scamming bastards

No clear communication. Phone number on website doesn't work. No response to emails either.

Fake email addresses. No contact. Take your money and that's the end of it. Scammers

Not responding to my emails.
Tried tracking my order via the order number I was given and the email address I used to place the order and it says my order could not be found.
