I loved getting my stuff so fast thank you.

I place an order for blankets a month ago. A $1200 order to be exact.
I have had no communication from Mayfair on shipment. It has been a month since I place my order. I called two weeks ago to check status and was told one shipment was going out the next day.
I still haven't seen a thing, nor have I had any emails or calls from this company regarding my order status.
Had I known it would have taken so long, I would have spread my order throughout Walmart, Target, and Amazon and would have had all I needed by now.

I can only speak about the delivery of my order. It arrived in a timely fashion and the order accuracy was on point. Unfortunately, my purchases from you were for Airbnb apartment units, and just when I'm ready to Open along comes Corona Virus. There's no travel, etc., etc.. So, the usage of your product is on an indefinite Hold. I'll let you know more when I can.

Items arrived quickly and in good condition. Customer service is excellent, and the staff is incredibly responsive, professional, and friendly.

I ordered king sheets and pillow cases. It took a little bit longer to get them than the other hospitality vendors we normally order from. We received half of the order and when I called I was told that Mayfair would look into it and they would call me back. I waited a week before following up because I hadn't heard anything. I spoke to the supervisor who advised that the Welspun items ship directly from the manufacturer which I did not know as Mayfair's website doesn't specify which items ship from who it just has a blanket statement that some items ship from manufacturer. If you need an item timely I would recommend calling them directly instead of ordering online. They did help me get resolution and the other half of my order was received. I would order from them again just call them directly first to find out where the item is coming from so I can be realistic on the shipping times.

The interface is a bit outdated, but the prices are decent.

A month after ordering I get a notice the the items ordered were no longer in stock and i would not be recieving the items.
