I ordered shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and body wash. Three of my products were shipped except for the conditioner. I contacted your customer support team and I was told the conditioner was on backorder. No one had reached out to me prior to notify me of this. Additionally, the conditioner was supposed to have been received by now but it still hasn't. I am still continuously having to reach out to your customer service team about the whereabouts. I will not be using your company ever again.

Still haven’t received my order that was placed the first part of July. I called the number listed last week and spoke to two different people. The last lady I spoke with said she would call me back when she found out what happened to my order. Still waiting and it’s August 3rd. Think I need to call my credit card company and get my money back.

Just what I needed at reasonable prices for our VRBO guest house

It took over four weeks for my order to arrive. There was zero communication from Mayfair .....I had to call in week two to find out where my order was. I was promised the order that week, it did not arrive, again no communication from Mayfair.

The ordering process, and the answering of questions during this process, was very helpful. The product is as described.

Half of order was on Back Order. Called 4 times to check on order. 1 month later when I was totally out of product, I called again and was told it would be another 2 weeks. Not happy with delays or lack of communication. This is not the first time we have to keep calling. Need a system of communicating delays to customers.

Horrible horrible service
I waited three weeks and NEVER RECEIVED ANY KIND OF NOTIFICATION THST THE PRODUCT WAS OUT OF STOCK.

Decent price. Decent materials. The time it took to get them was a bit long. Three weeks to get the towels i think was too long. Other than that it was all good.

the case of coffee last sent, Wolfgang Puck, had the old packaging. I received the newest packaging the previous order. I got complaints of stale tasting coffee. This tells me the case I recently received was on a shelf somewhere deep in the warehouse anxious to be moved. Not acceptable.
