Wonderful day with Pamela and Keiron. The food was exceptional, surroundings beautiful and the whole day really enjoyable - who doesn't want a yoga session and a sound bath in one day complete with amazing cuisine and knowledgeable talks. Thanks so much for having me, I'll be back xx

An absolute heavenly day from start to finish. Every detail was pure luxury thanks to Pamela & Kieron plus the experts they had involved in the day. We were totally spoiled throughout & came home feeling empowered as Pamela shared freely her expertise & knowledge on nutrition. She really is a key person of influence in this field & because of this I’ll 100% be recommending & booking a date again.

Kiron and the team from Mayu were superb in their entire approach and service on the night for our party for 24 guests. This applied to the preliminaries, our meeting before, arrangements, and to decide upon cuisine choices, the modus operandi, and in their performance. All was conducted with charm and understated efficiency before the event and during the entire evening. Our guests were delighted. Just brilliant... Kieron recently catered for our small party and was amazing. Everything we had was delicious, he and Louise were a delight to have in our home and I am certain the party was a great success thanks to his charm and relaxed manner and her gracious support with serving drinks and food. I am trying to think of an occasion to have another party...

Myself and my daughter travelled 3 hours to find this wonderful retreat in Norfolk , from arriving to leaving (sadly,lol) we were treated to the most restful and calm experiences and environment . We took part in yoga , swimming , jacuzzi , steam room , meditation and sound bath and received talks on nutrition and CBT and stress management . The environment we stayed in was second to none , tranquil and peaceful with beautiful countryside views and everything was so well thought of , leaving you as a guest to totally chill out !
Kieron was a master chef who created the most beautifully nutritious and wholesome vegetarian food , all carefully selected to support your well-being , I am not a vegetarian myself and do eat fish and very occasionally meat but found all of the food to be delightful and was stunned at the work that went in to create the meals behind the scenes ! Kieron , thankyou for the lovely chats we shared , such good fun and felt you were very much on my wavelength in the grand scheme of things ! Pamela , thankyou so much for the elegance of yourself and the retreat surroundings you presented , every last detail was immaculate and loved the Japanese Kimonos , what a fabulous touch ! Also thanks for your wisdom on nutrition and your kindness shown to us throughout our stay
We hope to return at some point in the future and see you guys again !

This is one of many retreats I have been a guest at, but by far in terms of attention to detail and quality, the best one.
Having been able to compare against the likes of Gleneagles and Daylesford, I found Pamela’s attention to detail like no other. From the beautiful selection of crockery, to wellbeing books, LSA vases, pillow spray in the room, to Astier De Villatte incense, quality of presentation has absolutely no expense spared to create the most tranquil ambience to welcome you into.
Kieron, the master chef of healthy cooking presents the most beautiful food, which is healthy, flavoursome and tastes utterly sensational. The presentation is like artwork, but leaves you feeling perfectly full. He is only too willing to share his jewels of wisdom as to how to master these recipes in the comfort of your own home in the most simplistic and attainable form possible. The vegan chocolate mousse has to be experienced, and the tips and invaluable knowledge you learn and take with you can be carried on in everyday life.
The sourcing of ingredients is all of the up most quality from small ethical local suppliers which reflects in the flavour of the food. There is zero corner cutting with this dynamic duo.
The welcoming choice of practitioners brought on board during your stay are the best in the field, from yoga, sound bath to CBT.
Unique touches are everywhere you look on the retreat to make the experience all the more special for the guests; including the presentation of the cotton drawstring bag with personal hand written note inside, filled with treasures from natural perfume, to raw chocolate, a herbal tea infusion. There is no aspect unthought of to make this nothing short of a truly remarkable retreat. I couldn’t recommend it more highly, and think it’s something everyone would benefit from experiencing.

Kieron, Pamela and their team provided a superb service for a ruby wedding party we held recently. Nothing was too much trouble, the food delicious and our guests found them to be charming and attentive. We would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We had a fantastic experience booking Kieron and Pamela to cater a private dinner for 12 adults at our holiday cottage. The menu choices were sublime, Kieron was great at keeping in touch before our dinner and he and Pamela were so lovely on the day, prepping the food and adding gorgeous finishing touches to the table. We all agreed that the food was just delicious, the best we've had from any catering experiences before! I would absolutely recommend!

From start to finish our experience with Kieron & Pamela was outstanding. Two of the nicest people who produced the BEST food for 70 people on a boiling hot day. Nothing was too much trouble & the general consensus was that Mayu had excelled.
Kieron was very efficient & helpful pre the day & kept us up to speed throughout the proceedings. Come the event, he & Pamela took over, leaving the kitchen tidier than when they arrived.

We asked Kieron to home deliver us a buffet for 18 people on what was then the hottest day of the year(mid June). The food was fantastic and enjoyed by all. The home delivery was punctual and very well presented. I would be happy to recommend Mayu and will definitely be using them again.

Exceptional experience. Hospitality was flawless, was made to feel completely at ease immediately and so was able to enjoy the evening I spent with them to the full. The food was delicious and very well thought-though. A very personal experience delivered by two very personable people. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The recent dinner I attended hosted by the lovely Kieron and Pamela was second to none. From the canapés to the amazing chocolate pudding with four courses in between was stunning. Fascinating information about the courses was delivered by Pamela, a nutritionist when we asked how they were made by Kieron, a seriously good Chef.

Kieron and Pamela bravely accepted to take on a birthday lunch for 40 ladies! Nothing was too much trouble, from preparing the bar to leaving an absolutely immaculate kitchen. The lunch Kieron cooked was absolutely delicious and I really cannot recommend them highly enough. They were a pleasure to have about and I felt very confident they were in control of everything so I could fully enjoy the day. Kieron and Pamela you made very special day into a truly memorable one. We absolutely loved our Mayu retreat from start to finish! Wish we could come back next month! It was so relaxing, the food was Michelin star standard and yet so healthy, and so beautifully presented. Pamela and Kieron were wonderful hosts - they couldn’t have done more for us. The attention to detail was second to none - from the little beautifully presented soap and shower sets showcasing local suppliers, to the stunning canapés and ginger shots to the gorgeous Japanese robes - we were made to feel very special. The sound bath session was super, we were out like a light in a few minutes! The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. It was also so helpful having a personal nutrition session where we were each given some excellent bespoke advice to take away and modify some of our eating habits to benefit our health.
The hospitality and care at the Mayu retreat was exemplary. We came home so relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to take on our busy lives again. Highly highly recommend!

Loved my Mayu Retreat, you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.  Pamela and Kieron are so welcoming and knowledgeable.  Pamela is an expert on nutrition and happy to answer any questions.  She makes her attention to detail look effortless.  Kieron's food is the best I have ever tasted and the bonus is it's all healthy and nutritionally balanced. I loved the yoga and the sound bath, a must if you have never tried it.  I will definitely be back.

Pamela & Kieron of Mayu came out to our house and delivered first class dinner hospitality service. We had a supper party for 30 people at home and they provided the catering and the service. Our guests are continuing to 'rave' about the excellent food and service. We were able to enjoy the evening knowing that the catering, drinks, service and (very importantly) all the clearing up were excellently taken care of by Pamela and Kieron. They have a unique skill of confidently being on hand and yet in the background.

Kieron and Pamela did a fantastic job for our recent wedding in Norfolk, from dressing the tables so skilfully to delicious canapés and an amazing 3 course dinner to follow. A wonderful weekend: delicious food that was healthy and nutritious too; gorgeous and comfortable surroundings; great yoga and sound bath experience; and welcoming, friendly hosts that made us feel that we were part of the family. I came home feeling so refreshed - both physically and mentally.

So relaxed and refreshed after my weekend nutrition retreat. Delicious and healthy food, all beautifully presented with explanations of the nutritional benefits.
