Hire your own lawyer instead if you are thinking of using MCA or Coastal Debt Resolve. I signed up with Coastal Debt but then figured out after the fact that the actual company handling my account was MCA Resolve. Please reach out to me and I will be happy to tell you my experience. Look up Vance at Atlanta Auction Gallery. I have a merchant cash advance "loan" with Headway Capital. Since February 2024, I have been paying weekly to MCA Resolve to satisfy their retainer of $25K, and during that time Headway hasn't filed any legal action against me. Coincidentally, that retainer was satisfied a few weeks ago and now MCA is starting to "negotiate" with Headway Capital. My original debt was $84K and Headway is willing to settle for $66K right now but after I add back MCA's retainer, I will be paying back $91K! So they are literally costing me an additional $7K. My advice is to wait and try to negotiate with the lender directly. Hire a lawyer only if the lender files a suit against you. I could have got a lawyer in NYC to fight this for less than $5000.00. It is a racket.

worst company ever they won't give me a total for what they have collected they make promises that are never taken care of they collect the money from me and aren't paying my creditors please beware of them and don't do business with them

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OPTION TO TRY TO SETTLE A DEBT. THEY ARE NOT A SOLUTION, I PAID OVER 20,000$ AND THEY DID NOT SOLVE ANYTHING, I LOST ALL THAT MONEY, I RECOMMEND READING CAREFULLY WHAT THEY OFFER BEFORE SIGNING A CONTRACT, THE LAWYERS THAT THEY PLACE AT THE SERVICE OF THE CONTRACTORS DO NOT RESPOND, IN MY CASE THEY ONLY THEY CAUSED A WORSE FINANCIAL SITUATION AND WHEN I DECIDED TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION DUE TO NOT RECEIVING RESPONSES FROM THE LAWYERS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT AND I LOST ALL THE MONEY THEY HAD OWNED ME, WITH THEM THE PROBLEM BECAME BIGGER

It was a horrible experience.
I only need a few weeks respite from my weekly loan payments but kept me on with lies, manipulations and intimidations. The sales and account reps seemed nice and supportive initially, but when I had questions, they started ghosting me.
I was ready to pay my debt of $95K after few weeks but they lied to me saying would get a better deal after a few more weeks but this was to feather their nests. They ended up charging 36K as their fees with me still owing $16k. Please stay away from them. It was a triple jeopardy.

This company is a scam company. They took $5,500 from me without doing anything. Beware of dealing with them. They do not have any way to solve your problem. They only make you get into a lot of problems. Advice, do not deal with them.

Please please do not follow any 5 stars on this company, it's a total scam.
They will not help you to resolve any debt, but they will put more debt and trouble and it's hard to sue them due the nature of agreement you sign with them. PLEASE AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM WITH ANY Company but rather talk to your debtor and negotiate. they will accept anything to help you pay them because they also will lose money if they start suing you and still the resolution will be to give you time to pay them.

MCA Resolve will only make things worse for you!
The first mistake I made was getting an MCA loan, making this worse and losing even more money was signing up with MCA Resolve to arbitrate a settlement. MCA Resolve goes to great lengths to sell their services, it's after your in contract MCA Resolve discontinue all aspects of providing reasonable services for the amount of weekly fees MCA Resolve requires you to pay into the account. MCA Resolve legal services are grossly misrepresented and don't yield the resolution MCA Resolve states. I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to work directly with the entity who made you the MCA to reach alternative solutions.

They always took the time to explain each step of the process. Every week they would call and ask if I had any questions or if there was anything to report. They would respond right away via phone or email if/when I had anything to ask or report.

My contact, Shyla, was calm and walked me through any troubles I may have encountered. With out this company - I would still be in debt!

Mca resolve is a piece of crap company. How they sleep at night is beyond me. They come in when clients like us need help and they just take your money. Do not work with them. Maybe the attorney general in Florida should take some interest in this organization

This Company is the worst company I ever had to deal with. They start nice excepting your money and your phone calls but once they collect their upfront fees everything changes. You are no longer able to contact them by phone and they don't return calls until two or three days later. Now I'm getting calls from my creditor whom they were supposed to handle but I'm left to deal with it on my own and now I'm out of a few more thousand dollars in fees that were paid to them. If anyone reads this "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY" at all

This company took about 200k of our money and told me it was being put into a escrow account to enable them to negotiate our debt. I was paying them close to 10k a week, after 6 months of payments I started asking how much is in our escrow account and when it took them 3 weeks to answer, i deferred payments to them until I got answers. Shortly thereafter they terminated our agreement and said only 16k went to an MCA company and the rest they kept as their fee. We are in a much worse situation, the owner Elliot Dinov called me himself and yelled at me on the phone and said "good luck getting anywhere, many have tried but gotten nowhere."

They have to be more understanding with daycare operations.

Yep all the bad comments are true we hire this people to help us with a debt , have pay them a title over 9000$ , we got to a point the we know we can't no longer pay 926$ every week so we call them after the las payment and told them we would like to cancel the service we them since they haven't done anything for us , so we ask for a refund and everyone the was in contact with us is on a vacation and they have some other lady telling us is no refund, on the account said they charge 2000 and some dollars for there service which I assume is for talking to us and taking our money , and where is the other 7000$ who knows i guess they wanted for Christmas, is so frustrating because that is the only money we had we have rent behind just to keep up making this payments and now they won't give us our money back PLEAS people read the bad comments they're true and if ya don't want to end up like this just told to the landers or call a layer , and if anyone read this and can help us with this situation pleas contact me

Do not use this company. They are a big scam. They talk very good in the beginning but cut off communication after you get your money in there account with no settlement going out to anyone. Your creditors will be calling you all the time and the only thing this people will say is we'll get in touch with them only to ignore you the next time you call. I had to get in touch with my creditor and work it out myself. I'm going to have to file a law suit against these people to get my money back. Don't trust Shyla Ford big lier

Mini Robins and Laura Smith helped renegotiated 2 loans and I got a great settlement price. They were courteous always responsive to my questions.

I had high hopes with this company at first... I WAS SO WRONG! I was drowning in merchant cash advances and MCA Resolve and their team of "experts" said they would reduce my overall debt by 40% and reach settlements with the 3 creditors I owed. I signed a contract to make weekly payments for a year to MCA Resolve to handle my accounts and they would also provide legal service. A year and some months later, I made all payments to MCA Resolve plus a few months extra and apparently they only settled with one creditor!!! I was then told that I would have to make 8 more months of weekly payments to settle the other 2 accounts, which means that they did not reduce my debt at all as promised. The creditor they said they settled with has been harassing me to show proof that they were settled with and MCA Resolve has not given me any form of proof other than stating in emails that the company had been paid if full. After questioning the terms of the contract, MCA Resolve has closed my account and said that I could settle with the other two creditors myself! This company is just as bad as the loan sharks themselves! Do not recommend!

MCA worked with us, we had a very complicated case and they took us under there wing, we stayed the course and all debits have been settled and paid in full. They are knowledgeable, fair, friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. If you are ever in the place that you need there services, I would choose them over a lot of the other companies. They have the knowledge and long standing professional relationships which gives them the edge with everyone else.

OMG! I had to reach out and put a review. My life was in such a bad place but thank God I reach out to a place called MCA Debt Advisors. Everybody was absolutely pleasant and wonderful. From the first conversation with Mike Shelby and couple others that I talk too. I had a pleasure of working with Mini Robin's who was my rep negotiator in taking care of my horrendous creditor, who was harassing my family day and night. Mini was professional ,caring and accommodating to my needs ,she literally went over everything step by step and even kept me updated on my file. She literally did exactly what she said she will do. She saved my business and probably my life. I was getting ready to file bankruptcy. She literally went above and beyond and save me thousands monthly. I am forever grateful for MCA and Mini Robins.
I will recommend if someone's going through financial hardship. Reach out to MCA.rI will definitely refer you all to my family and friends
