Many congratulations on the Distinction that you achieved at Level 2. It sounds very well earned.

I was very pleased to read your comments on both the service that you have received while following our On Demand course, and also the positive feedback about your tutor Tom. All the students tend to have very positive feedback regarding Tom's teaching style and the support he offers so it is good to read that you also echo this.

Very best of luck with your level 3 studies and please continue to reach out to us should we be able to help in any way.

Thanks for taking the time to review McArthur Morgan.
I was pleased to hear that you were enjoying the course but of course was saddened to learn that you feel the service dropped off from that point.

Whilst I understand your frustration at not feeling guided through the course, I am at a loss to explain why this is the case as other students going through these modules at the same time as you have both sat exams and completed their course.

After receiving your feedback I searched to try and find if I had missed an e-mail from you that I had not responded to but again cannot find one but would welcome the opportunity to help and get you back on track.

We are pleased that you agree that the live online tutorials offer the perfect combination of regular classes to keep you motivated and the flexibility to attend at convenient times while also the option to rewatch recordings.
Our tutors are always available to offer 1:1 meetings and Alan and Tom will be happy to hear that their advice was useful.

Many congratulations on your success completing the level 3. Your hard work has been rewarded and you should be very proud.

The On Demand course is one that we are very proud of as we understand the need for flexibility of study in these busy times.

We feel it is very important to offer a comprehensive product to those studying from home without immediate tutor support which is why we provide such in depth tutorial recordings and study programmes and extensive revision materials. It is good to read that you found these helpful.

We always aim to ensure that our live classes are interactive and informative and I agree that Tom is a very engaging tutor. Our experience, and the feedback that we get from our students, helps us to tailor the On Demand courses to the needs of students like you that have busy lives and who study remotely, in their own time. We also have many students who count English as their second language.

We are very happy to read that you have found the study materials and recordings understandable and easy to follow. Explaining complex information in a simplistic, easy to understand way is definitely a skill that Alan has. We are also proud of the study materials and personal study plans that we put in place for our students.

It is lovely to read that you are enjoying your studies with us and progressing so well. It is also good to hear that the concerns that you may have initially had about following the On Demand course have proved to be unfounded.

We appreciate that studying On Demand or distance learning can be a bit of a worry for some students as there is a fair amount of self motivation and discipline required.
We have tailored these courses so that there is as much tutor support and interaction as required as well as providing clear, concise and easy to follow recordings and study programmes.

It is very satisfying that you agree with our methods and that you have found this package to be so engaging and we would like to thank you very much for recommending McArthur Morgan.
