Great support
I’ve only just started my course with McArthur Morgan, but so far I’ve had a really positive experience. Seánie was very helpful throughout the enrolment process and gave me all the information I needed, answering any questions I had and making everything really straightforward. It’s been a great start to my course and I’m looking forward to continuing!

I finished my Level 2 with McArthur…
I finished my Level 2 with McArthur Morgan and I can say I felt supported during my studies and with all queries I had. I also sat with them for all my exams as I prefer center invigilation.
I just enrolled in Level 3, and Ben was really helpful during the registration process, his replies were really quick and clear and made the process really smooth. I cannot recommend McArthur Morgan enough.

I recently spoke with Ben at McArthur Morgan about their AAT Level 2 and 3 fast-track course, and he was very helpful. He clearly explained what the course covers, when it starts, and how to access all the information I needed to make my decision. He was easy to talk to and made the whole process feel straightforward.

Really helpful and supportive, really easy to speak to and get in touch with. Felt very well inducted and ready to start my Level 2 more confidently than when I originally purchased the On Demand course.

Myself and my colleague had a lovely experience with this company. We communicated with a gentleman called Ben Upton who was polite , kind and very helpful. He responded in a timely manner and always followed up when he said he would. He made the booking process easy and helped us understand what would be the best route to take. We are happy to have chosen this company to complete our courses through.

Sitting exams can be so anxiety-inducing, but Siobhan always make me feel reassured and comfortable. Even after doing four exams here, I really appreciate she never gets tired of repeating the rules and signposting where we can get help. Her kindness makes sitting an exam so much easier!
Dave and Siobhan both support everyone where they can and they are always so calming.
I will always pick McArthur Morgan - Moorgate campus to sit my exams because I feel really calm here.

Excellent customer service from Siobhan and the rest of the Team at McArthur Morgan. I don't know how but the Booking I made for sitting an AAT exam was completely wrong. Fortunately Siobhan and Remi, the Course Manager, were able to sort everything out for me and I was able to sit the Exam.

I was researching AAT level 4 providers…
I was researching AAT level 4 providers and had contacted a few. McArthurMorgan were the only providers to contact me with a personalised email rather than a standard one. Zain also called me and talked me through the different options. He was knowledgeable as well as helpful and reliable (he called back when he said he would). I feel in good hands for my L4

Lovely staff and facilities (accounting exams)
I’ve sat two accounting exams with McArthur Morgan so far and I’ve been very pleased with the facilities and the customer service. I’d especially like to thank Siobhan who helped me reset my Atlas password the night before the exam. She took me through all the steps over the phone and was super friendly and patient. Thank you! :)

I originally booked my exam for remote…
I originally booked my exam for remote invigilation; however, due to technical issues with my computer, I needed to change to centre-based invigilation at short notice.
Siobhan was incredibly helpful and resolved the issue for me very quickly. On the day of the exam, she was also very welcoming and helped put me at ease, especially as it was my first exam experience.
Her support and professionalism made the whole process much less stressful, and I am very grateful for her assistance.

McArthur Morgan have been great
McArthur Morgan have been great since the moment I made an enquiry about my course. The communication from the enquiry team, on demand team, and exams department has been excellent. I ordered hard copy materials for my combined L2 & L3 course and the emails and help I had over arranging delivery has been excellent.
I've sat 4 exams with McArthur Morgan so far, and the experience has been really excellent! It had been a couple of years since I'd last sat a formal exam and Siobhan made my first exam session (and every one since) feel as relaxed and stress free as you would want an exam to be!
The exam booking process is super easy to use, and if you have any questions about any of the sessions you hear back quickly.
I would definitely recommend McArthur Morgan if you're thinking about getting your AAT qualification!
