built a custom kilt for husband birthday so it be unique never received it ordered it February it's now nearly August still not arrived. very disappointed

Excellent service and quality of product, amazingly quick shipping.

We bought items as presents and they were posted in a light paper handwritten envelope so the packing of the items were damaged on arrival. We reported this and asked for an exchange as it was damaged which was agreed but no mention of covering shipping until we asked. This can be claimed back by us but they cant send us a pre paid shipping label… It feels like the whole responsibility of correcting their mistake is on us and requires multiple emails. I don't think I’d buy from them again as this has been so much more work than it needed to be.

My Wife and I popped in on Saturday 15th June 2024 . I was looking to hire a kilt for a wedding. Craig the manager was excellent, made us feel at home , his knowledge and advice was fantastic. Top Man :)

Chloe, Louise and Glynis were absolutely wonderful when helping us out at the very last minute. In no time we were back out. They were skilled and efficient, but also caring and interested. And not to forget, we got so many compliments at the party.

The staff are great 👌. They couldn’t do enough for me so helpful well done guys and dolls .

Very efficient service and a lovely waistcoat for Grandson's 18th birthday. Beautiful wool with shiny silver buttons. It fits him really well and he is all set to look especially smart for his end of school Prom.

Great service and nothing was ever too much bother for the staff. Really good choice of kilts and accessories. It made the lead up to our wedding less stressful because it was so easy to pick up and drop off the kilts for the wedding.

I bought made to measure kilt and was blown away by how great the experience was. I was looked after by Paul whose experience is hard to beat. From traditional to something more funky, it’s clear he has a deep knowledge and passion. I would highly recommend McCalls for anyone looking for a kilt

Went in to the Edinburgh shop on the off chance they could help, they sized me up and came up with a choice of a couple in my actual size. Unfortunately they were in Aberdeen so they sent me photos and I chose the Highland Pride. It came within a day or two and fits like a dream, superb quality and I actually won a prize for best dressed man. Excellent service, excellent quality. Will be wearing it for my wedding in June too.

McCall Highlandwear was perfect. They really made my visit to Scotland the best. The ladies were so helpful and had wonderful personalities. If you want top quality, helpful service and great prices I highly recommend McCalls for your event wear.

Great staff. So friendly and helpful. A credit to the company. Got myself a pair of tartan trews £70 and a tweed jacket and waistcoat, £199. Despite being ex-hire, they were in immaculately condition. The trews were a bit long in the legs. No problem. £10 to take the bottom legs up and ready to pic up 2 days later. 5 stars.
