Simple, easy process to obtain an IVA from all at McCambridge Duffy. Everyone that I dealt with were kind, supportive and professional. The whole process to setup my IVA was streamlined and easy to understand.

Excellent throughout the process

I was a bit sceptical of how to go about my situation, but I'm not looking back at all now. Every person I spoke to at mccambridge Duffy made me feel calm comfortable and never pressured me into anything. A step by step easy process and within 3 weeks everything was sorted with a reasonable repayment plan.
I can't fault the staff at all and want to say a big massive thank you for getting me stress free from my horrible expensive debts and able to get my life back on track

The individual people that dealt with me were beyond helpful, they were very quick to act from the first phonecall and were extremly clear with thier guidance,communication and all information about possible solutions. They were very respectful and easy to talk to. To say they have changed my life for the best is an understatement.. amazing people that i cant thank enough.

This was our second IVA and because our first experience with McCambridge Duffy was dealt with so professionally we returned to them as the cost of living and impact of the pandemic had a huge impact on our lives. We were not disappointed, they were so on the ball with everything, nothing to much trouble, straight away put our minds at rest. Everyone within the company is so easy and pleasant to deal with. Everything was explained thoroughly and regular contact was kept. If I had any questions all I had to do was phone up for help. Would highly recommend as they made this a much more pleasant experience than I was expecting.

I was referred through to McCambridge duffy from a third pary, I was offered timely sensible advice by a high professional and personable adviser and after careful consideration decided an IVA was not right for me and my personal circumstances at this time. I am writing the review as 5 star as whilst the decision to not pursue an IVA the advice and guidance was 100% tailored to my individual circumstances. This was received at an extremly difficult time so appreciate the compasion and kindness shown to me by my adviser Frances and the wider team in providing me with the information to make informed decisions.

What can I say.. I don't think words can describe the gratitude I have for this company they have literally saved my life. I was in despair and felt I had no reason to live before they took on my financial woes and worked a miracle! I am now looking to be debt free with their help and support to say they went above and beyond wouldn't do justice to the level of care and support all of the team have given me in particular Charlie who was always there whenever I needed him no issue was too small he was always fast to get back to me whenever I had a question and regularly I would be speaking to him out of his working hours because he knew I was in a bad place and needed his help. I was in turmoil and did not know which way to turn to pay off my huge debts. McCambridge Duffy were recommended to me but I was so depressed after almost a year of thinking the worst I really didn't expect anything could be done. Wrong, the team managed to secure an IVA for me!

From start to finish my experience has been 1st class.. my dark days where dark and I didnt no where to turn but a phone call from olivia set the ball rolling, followed up with a call with a self employment specialist and my dark days where bright.
