I engaged McCarthy Employment Solicitors as independent advisors for the review and signing of my recent Settlement Agreement. Their advisor spent a considerable amount of time up front understanding my personal circumstances and putting forward his own thoughts and ideas. He was always prepared to go into bat for me on any issue he considered worth taking up to ensure I got the best outcomes for my situation. McCarthy understand the need for speed on these type of engagements and I never once had any cause to chase. Their liaison officer was extremely efficient turning around documents between myself and my employer pretty much immediately at each stage of the process. This removed a lot of tension from what is a time-bound and potentially stressful process. I very rarely give 5-star reviews but in this case it was fully deserved. I can highly recommend them for Settlement Agreement Consultancy engagements
