Una delusione totale e’ la prima volta che acquisto su questo sito un vestito SHEIN ho ordinato un vestito per il matrimonio di mia nipote oggi e’ arrivato il pacco mi hanno mandato un ‘altro vestito orribile tra l’altro (un vestito che non riuscivano a vendere e i furbi pensavano di rifilarlo a me )mi tocca rimandarlo indietro e vedere da un altra parte perché il matrimonio si sta avvicinando mai più acquisterò su questo sito

Mi è stato spedito un articolo completamente diverso da quello pubblicizzato, non si sa come restituirlo, non rispondono al telefono.

I ordered Herno jacket (800eur) 2 months ago, received order confirmation by email, but jacket was never sent. I was trying all this time to contact them via email they never respond, phone given on website is not active...then I found in italian yellow pages one more email and phone by CEO but no answer...

Never buy from this website, it's fraud. I will try to share info via all social media with some guys with lot followers, in order that nobody ever don't buy from them.

I buy a cap, I don't like it, I send it back.

I bought a pair of sneakers, the site is Italian based and they said it takes up to 7 “working days” to ship the order. It’s been 3 weeks now, no answer from them on email, website, phone or Instagram DM’s. I hope to receive my package, thanks God I work with International Affairs in my country, already speaking with Torino, IT autorities.

I placed my second order with this site, the first time they were slow to ship but did deliver the goods. But on my second and third order they did not send the items. They said they shipped on April 19 and April 20 but they never shipped one. And after that they stopped contacting me.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience with the customer service at this shop. While my order was delivered on time, I had to return the item for a refund. However, I only received a partial refund without the tax that I had paid initially. Despite making several attempts to contact the customer service team, I did not receive any response. As a result, I have now escalated the case to PayPal for resolution. Overall, I am disappointed with the lack of reliable customer service provided by this shop.

The staff have been wonderful. I received my order in Canada in literally 5 days without issue. They sent it March 31, 2023-We Received it April 4, 2023. People love to find reasons to condemn people and services. There is no need. Be kind and you will receive kindness. Manifest.

I have had a really negative experience with this company.

1. The company page Is not clear in regard to shipping to the UK, I had to pay an 89£ charge to import and customs tax to DHL on top of the 260€ charged by MCLABELS to receive a gallery T-Shirt.

The website states that ‘For orders above 135 GBP: customers won’t pay VAT on the website, but will have to pay the VAT (20% of the product amount) + 11 GBP to cover DHL processing costs, upon delivery.’

So how I was charged £89 from £63 has yet to be explained after several emails have been ignored.

2. After sending several emails and calling the store from the UK, which I was ignored they reluctantly told me that I would have to pay the £89 before I could return the product.

3. After being ignored for a series of days, I finally managed to send the item back which they dragged their feet to confirm and even start the refund process.

4. All this refund process hasn’t been handled with urgency, I was sent an email that the refund would be with me by the 24th, it is now the 27th and I still have not received a refund.

The main problem I have had with this company is terrible communication and the unclear information which they provide, if they had provided all the information much more clearly then this issue would have been avoided as I would not have even bothered to order from here.

Others have had similar issues with the company, just be aware of my experience when ordering from them.

I have lost a total of £45 just ordering and returning a top that I didn’t even use. Waste of money and Time, I will never use this store again.

Ho richiesto assistenza in garanzia di un capo in quanto dopo meno di un anno e dopo pochissimi utilizzi si è scucito.
Avendo letto termini e condizioni di questo sito e conoscendo il settore ho verificato, ed i capi entro 2 anni sono in garanzia.
La logistica (?) prima mi ha detto che era passato troppo tempo dall'acquisto e quando ho specificato che la garanzia è applicabile per 2 anni mi hanno risposto che loro non hanno questo servizio.
Secondo normativa europea e ovviamente indicato in modo chiaro ed inequivocabile nelle condizioni di vendita dello shop, dovevano provvedere anche contattando il produttore, che a quanto mi è stato detto non ha mai risposto.
Ho contattato personalmente Woolrich e ho provveduto tramite il servizio clienti alla riparazione del capo.
Diffidate da questo ecommerce sia per la scarsissima professionalità, totale assenza di customer care e inadempimento di condizioni di vendita, termini e procedure.

Don't buy from this site, it is a scam!!
Bought a pair of shoes after reading the terms and conditions of the site stating that for my country (Europe based) i had no custom to pay (bought thousands of items in the past and never had to pay a single euro with other European or uk vendors).
They charged me 40% of the retail price and I was basically obliged to pay for it or I would have had to pay also for the return shipping cost (and custom again, as they wrote me)
So basically they didn't respect the European custom laws and also the right of refusal as I could not ship the product back.
They are thieves and most probably found a way to sell products 40% more expensive. Nothing more than that.

ordered an expensive coat, i was asked to pay £97 by courier import TAX, the company told me i should have know and treated me with zero respect and crap customer service, said i had to pay it before i could even send it back and the courier wouldn't send it back to them unless i paid the cost. NEVER buy from this company.

terrible service, ordering a sneaker that I didn’t even receive, I told them that the sneakers weren’t received by me. support does not work at all, they do not even respond to my messages

Really poor experience, ordered a expensive 1250 ml diffuser and had a 250ml delivered. Shocking and quite offensive customer services team.
I will put this down to a good learning but would advise you to avoid at all costs!

Horrible customer service. Dishonest and giving vague information. Sent us a D&G trainers which are defected. And to return we have to pay for the shipping Nd the reuturn fees plus the customs and duties. When its their fault that we have to pay for . and to make it worse they think that the product is sellable so when we return it they gonna send to another client!!! How dishonest is this! When they agreed that it has big scratch on it but still selling it!!

Mi è arrivato un paio di qualcosa osceno - non conforme e quindi non era assolutamente quello che ho ordinato.
Ho aperto reclamo PayPal - mi hanno minacciato a me anche a PayPal con avvocati e roba varia …
Le ho spedite indietro giorno dopo …
E nn mi hanno restituito soldi.
Dicono che non gli è arrivato niente invece ho in mano la ricevuta che un certo sig Marino Simone a Torino le ha ritirate …

Excellent honest communicative totally legit and reliable.

I'm a big fan of their merchandise for I don't know how long. since it was very expensive and a little out of the league, so I could not get my hands on but luckily I've got this coupon from dig my cart to jump on this bandwagon. 11/10 recommended
