MC Plan & Site Services レビュー 

Have used MC for a good number of years now.
The initial primary reason for this was the good working relationships with known personnel (Tony Pond & Paul Reynolds etc).
The one 'improvement' I would suggest however is a simple feed-back note following a site visit or received photos.
On a number of occasions, during an MC site visit, casual negative comments have been voiced to the Client, worrying them sick!
When I've followed this up I've been told there is, in fact, no problem. Most of these comments have been made by your younger members of staff, maybe they're in need of a bit more 'guidance'!
But a simple 'one-liner' email saying visited .......... today, all OK, would clear any doubts or concerns.

During the post Covid fallout, we had a ground floor kitchen extension built. We received the BEST service from Mark at MC and whenever an issue arose he was always on hand to offer his expert advice. A smooth and stress free process from a great Building Control team and I bet not many people can say that about their building works! Easily contactable and providing a great service, they offer a far superior service to anyone else we contacted, and great value for money. We always recommend them to all our friends and family.

Used this organisation for my rear extension. Despite it being blatantly obvious the rear soakaway was only two metres from my property the Inspector said that was fine and signed off the work. I now have the expense of getting it replaced at the correct Building Regulations distance of five metres. Avoid!

We used this firm in 2018/19 for a complicated building extension & internal alterations project and found them both highly professional and very reponsive. In addition they were very helpfull in resolving queries etc.
