I wanted to express my gratitude and thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We genuinely value constructive criticism as its what helps our business improve. I'm truly sorry to hear about your negative experience with our online store.

Regarding your first concern, I can personally verify that when the term 'Trimmer' is searched on our website, our complete range of trimmers is prominently displayed in the search results (I have just checked this myself to test in order to investigate your concern). Please ensure your browser settings are updated and try again. Alternatively, you can also shop by categories, where we have a 'Trimmer' category which clearly displays all of the trimmers we stock. Our categories are highlighted at the very top of our homepage.

To your second concern - the popups. I understand that pop-ups can be intrusive and annoying, but they are intended to draw your attention to the promotions and discounts we offer, allowing you to save on your purchases. Who doesn't appreciate a good discount? I certainly do! We just want to share these discounts and promotions with you - after all, sharing is caring they say :)

We've invested considerable effort into ensuring that our website is both user-friendly and informative, as we aim to transparently showcase our business offerings and product range. I apologize if this did not meet your expectations.

We recognize that online shopping isn't suitable for everyone, so I invite you to visit our physical store in your home city, where our friendly and helpful staff with their expert knowledge will direct you to our extensive selection of trimmers.
