Great service.

The guys at MDGolf are great. My club was delivered to wrong address. They were straight onto it with a replacement no ifs no buts. I love the product and i love the price.

Product is good but customer relations


Product is good but customer relations lousy.
(Initial supply problems with deliveries from China understandable, but no updates from company once products arrived at Belfast docks despite assurances that company would be in touch once product available to purchase.)

Alan - thank you for leaving a review however clearly very disappointing. I would like to drill into why you believe the customer service was 'lousy'. We have checked back thru your various emails and while we were out of stock of the item you required for some time, this was outside our control and from your replies you did seem to understand it - in fact in one of your emails you thanked us for our 'prompt response'. As I explained we are fighting against some massive supply chain issues and actually we are better placed than most with stock, especially considering the fact we are a small company.

The club I received was for my youngest

The club I received was for my youngest son, I ordered it he paid me for it, it was perfect as he has started playing again, he told me he absolutely loves it after trying it on the range, so much so, he keeps asking when we’re going to the course!!

All round excellent service!

Excellent service, ordered a driver, hybrid and wedge on the Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday morning. Great value and quality clubs. Very pleased with my purchases!
