Disgraceful support

Disgraceful support. Back and forth via messages and attempted phone calls. No refund recieved.

This company used a courier who dumped a chain and sprocket on my drive (in full public view) when nobody was in.

I raised a case via ebay, which was rejected for some stupid reason.
I missed a weekends riding due to this and having to raise a charge back via barclaycard

I will never use this company again and I am considering back charging them for my time to sort out their mess.

Ufo freestyle/md racing products on eBay.

The response from MD racing products below is also a lie; I have never provided a 'safe place' disclaimer for any courier! Ever! So this is an attempt from them to make me look stupid when infact it is not me that is incompetent

Upon reviewing your order, we shipped it via Royal Mail recorded delivery as promised, and we have proof showing it was delivered to your designated safe place as per your instructions. We understand that you later indicated concerns regarding the location of the safe place, which was impacted when the gate was left open. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control, and we cannot be held liable for circumstances related to delivery in situations like this.

Your eBay claim was reviewed and ultimately rejected as it was found that we were not at fault. We understand this may not resolve your frustration, but we’ve done our best to follow the agreed shipping process and provide proof of delivery.

We value all feedback from our customers and have been a trusted seller for over 40 years. We kindly ask that when leaving feedback, you include all relevant details to ensure fairness. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.

Scam

On the 8th November I ordered a plastics kit from MD Racing Products on Ebay after I was enticed with a special offer, delivery was advertised within a few days. I received a message via Ebay on the 11th Nov stating they were awaiting stock for the side panels and there would be a two week delay.

Their Ebay advert had been deliberately misleading. I agreed to wait the two weeks and asked for MD Racing to keep me updated. I received the rest of the kit a few days later.

On the 26th Nov I enquired as to when I could receive the missing parts as I had not heard from MD Racing as requested. I was advised it would be another two weeks wait. I asked if could they not source the parts from elsewhere. The response I received was a blunt 'we are the UK importer and waiting for them to ship.'

I also noticed MD Racing are still listing the same set of plastics on Ebay for sale (15 sets available apparently) for delivery in a few days thereby still misleading the market place.

I emailed them directly on the 30th Nov requesting a part refund to cover the cost of sourcing the parts elsewhere - no response!

Having read more reviews it appears this is a common tactic employed by MD Racing Products to scam customers. I will never use this company again.

MD Racing Products are in breach of contract law and The consumer protection from unfair trading regulations (illegal advertising).

I'm now in the process of referring them to Trading Standards in Somerset, referring them to the Ebay Trust & Safety Team and looking to claim via the small claims court.

MD Racing has been managing a vast inventory range—spanning from 1987 to current models—with thousands of part numbers. Occasionally, shipment delays occur, despite our best efforts to ensure we maintain sufficient stock levels. While we strive to be accurate with stock listings, we acknowledge that we sometimes face unforeseen challenges that lead to these delays. We take responsibility for these stock missteps and are actively working to improve our processes moving forward.

We’re sorry you felt misled by our eBay listing and by the situation that unfolded. Please rest assured that it was never our intention to misrepresent any information. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll use this as an opportunity to learn and improve.

The goggles are genuinely 100% brand


The goggles are genuinely 100% brand products, Very happy with the goggles and they fit to my bluegrass helmet, came in original box with goggles bag too. I haven't worn them yet as I'm using another goggles at the moment which is a non brand goggles.
Great seller and great communication. Will definitely buy from again. A happy customer

My husband has bought products from MD


My husband has bought products from MD racing for the past 10 years. We are not local so like to pop in when we are in the area. Pete and his staff looked after us very well, helping us to find everything we needed for our 6 year old son. They have absolutely everything you could possibly need and are more the happy to help with advice and sizing. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning. Thank you for all your help and we look forward to seeing you again in the future.
