The course materials and portal were excellent and easy to navigate. Our tutor Sian was first class and possesses a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend this course for any aspiring transport managers.

They are incredibly helpful and always prompt in replying to enquiries. Excellent service all round.

great course , attended transport manager road haulage passed first time. great online course with plenty of practice questions

I can confidently say that MDR has exceptional, highly experienced trainers who truly know how to deliver their courses effectively.

I completed my Transport Manager CPC Road Haulage course in February, and Melissa Coupland delivered it outstandingly. It’s an intensive course with limited time before the exam, but her teaching style made the material much easier to understand. The homework is absolutely essential—don’t underestimate it or put it off. Consistent practice really is the key to passing.

I received my results a few days ago and I’m happy to say I passed, so a big thank you to Melissa!

I also completed the TM Unlocked course with Tom Reddy last week, and I genuinely believe this course should be compulsory after the CPC. It provided invaluable insights, a deeper understanding, and plenty of practical resources for operating as a Transport Manager in the real world. Tom is an excellent trainer who shared a wealth of experience to help us succeed.

Lastly, Kevin Holmer (Managing Director) provided top-tier customer service and communication throughout. Any queries or issues I had were handled promptly, and I really appreciated the quick and helpful responses.

Outstanding trainer at the recent Transport Manager Unlocked course. There is no way you can effectively perform the TM role without attending this course from MDR. Time VERY well spent with an outstanding trainer.

Attended a 2 day transport manager refresher course via zoom on 11th and 12th March 2026. Ricky who took the course was an absolute mind of knowledge and knew his subject back to front. He delivered it in a very relaxed and informative style which was easy to follow and get involved with. Shout out to MDR training for providing easy access to their courses and facilitating the arrangements and for the friendly attitude to resolve any issues

I would like to say a big thank you to MDR training. As a distance learner I recieved absolutely amazing guidance by Brad and Melissa. If anyone is thinking to became TM, this is the best company you can choose.

I want to say a huge thank you to MDR Training for the amazing support throughout my course.
As a distance learner, I honestly couldn’t have asked for better guidance. Everything was clearly explained, well organised, and easy to follow, which made a big difference to my confidence.
A special thank you to Melissa — she was absolutely brilliant. Always supportive, encouraging, and happy to help whenever I needed it. Her support really meant a lot and helped me stay motivated.

I would highly recommend MDR Training to anyone, especially distance learners. The level of support and professionalism is outstanding.

I recently completed the TM Unlocked course with Tom Reddy and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience I have come away with. The structure of the 3 days was such a great way to share that wealth of information without it feeling too overwhelming. Tom was very accommodating with any questions thrown his way and genuinely went above his duty to provide explanations and then followed up with web links and sources later the same evening by email. Very impressed and now much more confident. Thanks Tom.

Highly recommend MDR training, I selected distance learning, all the course material was sent out in a timely manner, all the information that was required was in the folder, the staff(especially Kev) was extremely helpful over email and even sent out case study sessions pre exam to encourage people to practice before their exams. I passed 1st time with MDR and will be recommending them to anybody looking to do their Transport Manager CPC in the near future. Thanks again.

Needed to do my Road Haulage CPC and after a quick google found MDR in Leicestershire. Spoke with Kev on the phone who was very professional and helpful and booked a classroom based course in their centre in Coalville. It was a 9 day course led by Tom Reddy who was superb and covered all the content and made it as enjoyable as possible whilst supporting all the learners. The online portal was great in practicing the multiple choice questions. Would definitely recommend MDR to anybody needing CPC training.

Bought the distance learning CPC course for TM HGV. I didn’t finish it due to personal reasons, but the website is very easy to use and Kev Homer was excellent with support during the purchase. Highly recommend!

I recently attended the Transport Manager “Unlocked Course” held at MDR Training, and I couldn't be more impressed. This is hands-down the definitive training program for anyone seeking to enter or excel in the transport management sector.
The course content, which I now refer to as the “Unlocked” version, was incredibly comprehensive, and really opened my eyes as to what is expected of us as Transport Managers. Going in to real world scenarios, which is a far cry from just passing the somewhat antiquated examinations.
It covered every facet of compliance, legislation, and best operational practice with exceptional clarity and depth. What could easily be a daunting volume of information was systematically broken down into manageable and logically sequenced modules, making the entire syllabus accessible and retaining its professional rigor.
The course’s success is largely down to its creator and instructor, Mr. Tom Reddy. He is a true master of the subject. Mr. Reddy has a rare talent for transforming complex and often dry regulatory material into engaging, memorable lessons. His delivery style is dynamic, supportive, and packed with real-world experience,
He is incredibly generous with his time and ever patient with his students, Ensuring that every concept is understood not just theoretically, but practically. His commitment to ensuring every delegate is confident and fully prepared is outstanding.
Finally, the setting at MDR Training was ideal. The facilities are modern, comfortable, and conducive to focused learning, providing a professional backdrop for this high-calibre course.
If you are serious about achieving your Transport Manager qualification and gaining the deep knowledge required to manage operations successfully, I highly recommend the Unlocked Course with Mr. Tom Reddy at MDR Training. It's a genuine investment in your career.
