Didn’t like the meals at all no flavor

You cancelled my order before it could come. I had to cancel the subscription because I’ll be out of town the following week but now I’m unable to try your service.

Very healthy, just too bland. For the promotional price it’s worth it but not the full regular price. I could make these kinds of meals myself. Just too dry and too bland for me.

My first order was great! Excellent communication, and meals meet my macros.

These meals are on point. I’m very happy with the meals and the customer service. I’ve been looking for a clean eating option that helps me hit my macros, and Meals of Steel definitely delivered. I appreciate the macro breakdown on the container and the ability to get more detailed info online. They provide ample details regarding each meal so you can make informed decisions when choosing your meals. I also appreciate that their delivery charge is reasonable. Keep it up!

I love that they break up the Macros for certain meals to fit people's needs. But overall the meals are ok it gets the job done, one of my meals had sweet potato fries and half of them weren't cooked fully and protein is a bit too dry for my liking.

Other than that price point is ok, I'm glad there was an intro offer, but I won't be ordering from again. The pricing is pretty on par with other competitor companies, so it's not enough to make me stay since the selection doesn't have a lot of variety. I do wish they used better ingredients, so this just wasn't for me. It's def better than other companies I have tried.

When I placed the order, your online setup was unable to determine that you were unable to ship to me because I'm outside the shipping zone. I don't care why it wasn't recxognized as soon as I put in mya ddress- it should have been....lame online ordering set up!!!!!!!!!!!!

The discount code to try the new service went away after I canceled the order by mistake. I didn’t get a replacement discount code to apply when I tried to reorder.

I’d had my eye on Meals of Steel for quite a while. Saw a sale on the first week, so I ordered. Then…

-Realized I'd gotten charged for a second week several days before my first week was even set to arrive.

-Naturally, I wanted to try the meals before committing to more and at a much higher rate, so l cancelled and emailed to confirm the cancellation of the *second* delivery.

-I got an automated refund email that said nothing besides that order being cancelled.

-The afternoon of the trial delivery came and I hadn't heard anything more, so l emailed to make sure it was coming.

-I received a response that I violated the spirit of the offer by canceling so I wouldn't get the trial delivery.

Thanks for the proactive communication that the meals I had every reason to expect weren't coming and that l'd have to figure out a different meal plan for the week. Really nice of you.

-I emailed back: I don't even get to try the meals before deciding whether to continue? That's what the sequence I was in basically required.

No response. It’s been 4 days.

And they told someone else here on TrustPilot who went through something similar to “Reconsider your actions” - seriously?

Just say upfront you require people to commit to multiple deliveries (the second one at full price) in order to get the deal instead of blaming people for wanting to try the meals before committing to multiple weeks and leaving us hanging with no plan for our meals because your communication is lacking.

They canceled my order because they scheduled the next order 2 days apart. The owner doesn’t know how to run a business.

The delicious food was delivered as promised--in a timely manner and packed in ice. I would definitely recommend this service.

I would ask for an even larger size meal. My husband is bulking and is still hungry post meal.

The food was tasty, well packaged, and macro conveniently displayed on each container. The variety is limited so if you are procuring lunch AND dinner for a week, you will need to duplicate meals.
