I ordered boxes and there was a problem…

I ordered boxes and there was a problem with the system so they issued me with a refund as they could not dispatch for some reason. However, because I had paid from Ireland (euro) there was a shortfall in my bank of €5.00 after refund which naturally was done in ST£. I contacted Company and this €5.00 was posted back to me with an apology and assurance that I should not be out money because they couldn't deliver an Order. This was great Customer Service. I never do reviews but this so deserved an EXCELLENT REVIEW
