All of a sudden, over the last few days, I was logged out of my account and now cannot get in despite changing my password, multiple times as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I sent a email to the support area and still have not received a reply. If I have been banned, shouldnât you at least owe me a reason or an explanation rather than just disconnecting me from everything and not responding to my support email? Bad move MSR, bad move. Completed a task as instructed, then had it rejected due to not having enough data. This was a mobile browsing history task - it didn't state that you must use your phone for all internet browsing or you wouldn't be eligible (I have a laptop, so my only phone browsing happens when I am out of the house). So they still took my data, they just didn't pay me for it. I have instructed them to close my account as it is disgraceful for a company to harvest your data and refuse to reimburse you. Would not recommend.
