I signed up to MeasureUp following a recommendation from a friend
I signed up to MeasureUp for their monthly plan thinking that I will use it for a month and then cancel and sign up for the annual subscription. I should have read the T&C more careful as later it turned out that I cannot change from one plan to another the way I thought. So, it's not like a Netflix sub where you can change your plan whenever you want. So, being stuck in the more expensive pay-per-month plan I had to make the most if it.
For the year I spent with MeasureUp I used it to prepare for five different exams and I successfully passed all.
I think this additional tool was generally helpful and useful. I wish the there were more questions for each exam I studied for and would have been nice if the questions were more challenging as they felt quite straightforward to answer unlike the questions I had on the exam.
So more variety and complexity would add value for me.. I will now take a break from all this studying and will be back for more in a few months but this time I will pay for the annual sub from the strart.

Exam questions were way out of date
Exam questions were way out of date, and thus useless for exam prep. I reached out to request a refund in June and MeasureUp assured me they would be updating the exam questions in July. July rolls around, still outdated questions. I reach out, and they now say it's too late for a refund and for me to wait until August.
Scam behavior. Avoid this company and their 'product'.

I have never received training material…
I have never received training material that is so protracted in setting up. I have paid and registered with the right codes ands still have no options to see any Excel questions. I had high hopes for this product, instead I'm out of pocket and looking for another training provider. Massive disappointment!!!!

Dear Adrian, there are two essential requirements for accessing our e-learning courses: downloading and installing the necessary application to launch the course, and meeting the technical requirements (a Windows operating system and Microsoft Office installed).
This application is essential, as the course includes over 140 tasks that are performed directly within the Office application installed on your device. This approach is designed to support your learning by ensuring that you practice in the same environment you use in your daily life—whether that’s Office 2019 or Office 365, both of which may receive updates over time.
Additionally, the tasks are worded in a way that closely resembles what you’ll encounter in the official certification exam. The certification mode also mirrors the exam format, with the same time limit (50 minutes) and number of questions (35 tasks), helping you not only learn Excel but also prepare effectively for the exam.
Our support team has attempted to reach you on a couple of occasions to offer assistance, but unfortunately, we haven’t received a response so far. We remain at your disposal and would be happy to help you get everything set up correctly.

I’ve used measure up for the past 2 Microsoft exams I’ve written. I’ve passed both, usually I’ll read all of the Microsoft learn content, but a book, and get the measure up exams on top of this. The exams help me get comfortable with the questions I’m likely going to be asked during the exam. It kind of takes the edge off.

Training für Zertifizierungen seitens Microsoft waren unnütz und haben rein gar nichts gebracht. Das vermittelte Wissen des Trainings wurde nicht abgefragt und die Fragen waren weitab der Fragen seitens MeasureUp.
Investiert die 70 € pro Monat bitte besser ;)

I was able to registry my key once
I was able to registry my key once. Now when I login it wants a key but won't accept the key entered the first time.
Tried more than one time, yes my cache is lseared yes I hvae multiplt browsers and also in private mode.

As mentioned by our support team, you currently have two user accounts in our system. One of them is the account you used to contact us, and the other—richaslam@.... —is the one where your subscription key is registered.
Please note that once the key has been registered, there is no need to register it again. To access your subscription, simply log in to our platform with the account richaslam@.... and follow these steps:
1) Go to www.measureup.com.
2) Log in using your credentials.
3) Click on Learning Locker.
4) Click on OPEN CATALOG in the tile corresponding to your subscription.
5) Select the practice test you wish to take.

Excellent prep tool — helped me pass on the first try!
MeasureUp was a game changer in my certification journey. The questions were well-structured, detailed, and closely aligned with the real exam objectives. What I appreciated most were the detailed explanations after each question — they really helped me understand the “why” behind each answer. I used it for the AZ-104 and passed on my first attempt.
The platform is easy to use, and the timed mode gave me great insight into how I’d perform under real exam pressure. Highly recommended if you’re serious about passing!

I wanted the cert package for Cisco 200-901. The link said subscribe to Platinum to get access for one year. We'll now I o my have access to the cert tests. Not at all what I wanted.

I used MeasureUp to prepare for the AZ-104 Azure Administrator exam and was really disappointed. None of the questions from their practice exam showed up on the actual test. It felt completely disconnected from the real exam content. For the price they charge, I expected much better alignment and value. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend MeasureUp for anyone serious about passing AZ-104.

We’re sorry to hear you feel that way. We strive to keep all our practice tests up to date. In fact, our MB-800 practice test was last updated in April 2025, while the official exam itself hasn’t changed since March 25, 2024.
Please note that our practice tests do not contain the exact questions from the real exam (Microsoft strictly prohibits this). However, they are designed to cover the same objectives, use similar question formats, include detailed explanations, and provide helpful links for further learning—all crafted to closely reflect the real exam experience.
As you’ve already contacted our support team, if you meet the refund eligibility criteria (which have remained unchanged and are clearly outlined on the product purchase page), we will of course proceed with the refund.

Malísima... dos meses estudiando después de pagar 66 euros de subscripción, aprobando examenes al 95% y cuando me presento a la certificación de MB-800 no salió ni una sola pregunta de las estudiadas o realizadas con ellos. Hola Arturo, sentimos que tengas esa impresión. Intentamos mantener todos nuestros test prácticos actualizados. Concretamente nuestro test práctico MB-800 fue actualizado el pasado abril de 2025 (cuando este examen no cambia desde el pasado 25/Marzo/2024).
Nuestros test prácticos no contienen las mismas preguntas del examen (entre otras cosas porque Microsoft lo tiene terminantemente prohibido), pero si cubren los mismos objetivos del examen, usan los mismos tipos de preguntas, disponen de amplias explicaciones y enlaces para ampliar conocimiento y han sido redactadas de forma similar a lo que te encuentras en el examen.
Como ya has contactado con nuestro equipo de soporte, si cumples los requisitos necesarios para realizar la devolución del dinero (que no han cambiado desde hace mucho tiempo y que están disponibles desde la propia página de compra del producto), por supuesto, procederemos a realizarlo.

Review of MeasureUp for MD-102
Review: I recently prepared for the MD-102 exam using MeasureUp practice tests. During my practice sessions, I consistently scored between 80% and 92%, which made me feel confident about the real exam. However, when I took the actual certification exam at the testing center, I barely managed to score 480 points, much lower than expected.
The questions on the real exam were completely different from those on MeasureUp, and many topics were covered in a way that was not present in the practice tests. While MeasureUp helped me get familiar with exam-style questions, it did not accurately reflect the actual difficulty and structure of the MD-102 certification.
I would not recommend relying solely on MeasureUp for preparation. Instead, I suggest using official Microsoft Learn materials, hands-on practice with Intune and Endpoint Manager, and multiple sources of practice tests to ensure better alignment with the actual exam.

Our MD-102 practice test is updated and carefully aligned with the official exam objectives. It's important to note that our questions are not designed to mimic the exact exam questions, as doing so would violate exam policies. Instead, they aim to reinforce essential concepts, empowering you to build the confidence and competence necessary for success. Our practice test are made to really match the difficulty and structure of the real certification exams. They’re mapped to the same objectives, and the questions are checked for accuracy by experts.
Additionally, please note that, to be exam-ready, we always recommend that you complete the Certification Mode twice in a row (at least) with a score of 90% or above.

DP-600 practice test
I bought the DP-600 practice test.
Overall I found this useful, but there are definitely some flaws.
Some of the questions do give you an idea of what to experience in the test, while many are harder. Harder would be OK, but I found these harder mostly because the language was confusing or ambiguous, lacking the words to clearly signal one choice over the others. Sometimes if feels like someone is emulating an existing test question, but trying really had to not write it to be exactly the same as what was on the test to due the NDA agreement. Other times I think they just forgot some key phrasing or information.
Also, some of the answers are wrong (only 1 or 2 that I saw), or no longer apply to the current version of the test.
There is a bug in how your final % is calculated if you bring in questions that you got wrong on a prior test. I don't know exactly what they are doing incorrectly, but on one of my practice sessions I got 36/45 (80%) correct but it told me I got a little over 62% on that one!? I don't know how many of those questions were brought in, how many of them that I got wrong again, so I can't tell exactly how they are calculating the result, but it's clearly not right.

AZ-104 / Passed first attempt!
Thanks to MeasureUp, I was able to pass AZ-104 on my first attempt, with a 756.
The questions on the MeasureUp practice exams are as close to the real exam without being direct rip-offs that I was able to find on the internet. The difficulty was at the same level (maybe slightly harder even) as the real exam, which was a solid confidence booster once I started the real exam.
Additionally, each question links to multiple official Microsoft Learn articles which break down the components in question in an easy-to-understand way.

Training not Included with Practice Test Catalog
Don't make the mistake I did. I'm preparing for AZ-800. Web page layout is somewhat deceptive. There is a Training Library and resource center. A discounted purchase price was shown for 30 day. Other mode options for longer term were shown. And right below "Add to Cart" button was "Full Access for 1 Year – Now $139.30! Get the entire Practice Test catalog...". Seemed like a good deal and I signed up for a year. When I logged in, all the training still had a price associated to use. Training is not included.
This was my mistake--an easy mistake to make. I think that layout is intentional strategy to draw people in. Not happy with the testing tool. Not happy that there is a cost to use Training Library. I suggest starting with free Microsoft Learn resources or LinkedIn Learning (get a free account with your library card) and then come back.
