We would like to clarify that our support team replies to customer enquiries within 24 business hours. Your enquiry was received today and has already been answered by our support team, so the statement that no response was received after weeks is not accurate.

We would also like to note that our practice tests are developed and maintained with great care by our content team, who continuously review and update materials across our catalogue to keep them aligned as closely as possible with the relevant certification objectives. As updates are carried out on an ongoing basis and prioritised across different titles, there may occasionally be some differences between a practice test and the current live exam. For transparency, the latest update date for each test is always displayed on the corresponding product page in our online store.

We take both the quality of our content and the support we provide to our customers very seriously, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

We can see that you were very close to passing, and with a score of 687 points, you were just a few points away from the required 700. After reviewing your preparation, we noticed that the MeasureUp badge was not achieved, which means the recommended preparation path: https://docs.measureup.com/recommended-use-of-practice-test-attempts (two consecutive practice test attempts above 90%) was not fully completed. It’s possible that following these guidelines could have helped you gain those final points needed to pass.

Dear Carlos, we are sorry to hear that you have this impression of our practice test and that you were not able to pass your certification exam.

We have reviewed our practice test and can confirm that it has been updated to reflect the latest changes to the exam. The only element that has not yet been updated is the exam name, which has recently changed to 200-201 CCNACBR.
Our practice test — https://www.measureup.com/cisco-practice-test-200-201-cbrops-understanding-cisco-cybersecurity-operations-fundamentals.html — follows the same objectives and sub-objectives defined by Cisco for the exam, which you can review here: https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/s/ccnacbr-exam-topics.

The practice test includes 238 practice questions, designed to provide comprehensive preparation and help students become familiar with both the exam content and format.

We genuinely regret that, in your case, this preparation was not sufficient to help you achieve a passing result.

Please rest assured that we truly value your feedback. I will share your comments with our content development team so they can review them and assess any possible improvements to the practice test.

The CIS Data Foundations practice test helped me clearly identify my strengths and knowledge gaps before taking the official exam.

While we continuously strive to keep all our practice tests up to date in response to changes in an ever‑evolving certification landscape, we would like to clarify that the MS‑900 exam was officially retired by Microsoft on March 31st. You can find this information in Microsoft’s official study guide here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/ms-900

As the exam was discontinued, we were unable to carry out any further updates to the corresponding practice test.

For transparency, the Details tab of each of our practice tests clearly shows the date of the latest release. This allows users to easily compare it with the most recent version of the official certification exam and review any potential changes directly through Microsoft’s study guide.

We sincerely regret that your experience with our training did not meet your expectations, despite the efforts made to maintain the highest possible level of quality and satisfaction in all aspects within our control.
