We’d like to clarify that the MS-900 certification exam was updated by Microsoft this past April (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/microsoft-365-fundamentals/?practice-assessment-type=certification), and our practice test was subsequently revised to reflect those changes (https://www.measureup.com/microsoft-practice-test-ms-900-microsoft-365-fundamentals.htmlhttps://www.measureup.com/microsoft-practice-test-ms-900-microsoft-365-fundamentals.html).

Please note that our practice tests are designed to align with the official exam objectives. They use similar wording and question formats, but they are not — and cannot be — identical to the actual exam questions. This is strictly prohibited by Microsoft’s policies, and we fully respect and comply with those guidelines.

We understand that the removal of the download feature may have caused some inconvenience. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the overall user experience, we are no longer offering the download product.
However, we want to ensure that our previous customers are still supported. For those who wish to upload their test results, we are providing an alternative solution at no additional cost.

At MeasureUp, we’re committed to keeping our practice tests accurate and aligned with official exam objectives. Our AZ-400 practice test was last updated in August 2024, and the official Microsoft exam hasn’t changed since July 2024.

Please note that our practice tests do not include the exact questions from the real exam, as Microsoft strictly prohibits this. However, they are carefully designed to reflect the real exam experience by covering the same objectives, using similar question formats, offering detailed explanations, and providing helpful links for further learning.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't pass your certification exam.
Our AZ-104 practice test includes a total of 201 questions, and in Practice Mode you can choose to display all of them to ensure full coverage of the material.

We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this issue with reCAPTCHA may have caused you.

We’ve investigated the root of the problem and found that it was due to a change in reCAPTCHA’s policy, which came into effect yesterday (Sunday). This update temporarily affected access for some users.

The issue has now been resolved, and we’ve reached out to all users who contacted us about it. We sincerely regret that this impacted your study time, especially over the weekend, and we hope you’re now able to continue your exam preparation without further interruptions.

We’re very sorry for the confusion. Our subscriptions are based on an annual commitment, which can be paid either in a single upfront payment or in 12 monthly installments.

When you canceled, what was actually canceled was the automatic renewal for the following year. However, your current subscription remains active until the end of the original annual term.

If you haven’t already, we recommend reaching out to our support team at support@measureup.com so we can review your case in detail and see if it qualifies for cancellation.
