Website states some items are frozen
Meat is ok canât fault the delivery or packing as was still cold when it arrived only issue I have is on the website some of the items say frozen on which I have no problem with but when it turned up the label says defrosted on so this canât be frozen back down as itâs not been kept refrigerated while in transit only in a sealed cool bag with ice pack also you would spoil the meat quality and taste as itâs already defrosted. so if you expect anything to turn up frozen this will not be the case

Thank you for leaving a review, for peace of mind we vacuum seal all our products, as well as transport them in a chilled box, this means that the meat will have maintained a safe temperature for the duration of its travel, meaning if you freeze it immediately after opening the box, the quality of the product and edibility will not have been affected and it will be safe for refreezing and consumption.
