Thank you for your feedback and we’re really sorry for the delay with your delivery — this is not the service we aim to provide and we completely understand your frustration.

Regarding the meat arriving frozen, our products are delivered frozen to preserve quality and maintain food safety during transport, however we appreciate this wasn’t what you expected. We also take your comments about how clearly this is displayed on our website seriously, and we’ll be reviewing this.
