Horrible meats all phony online photos! It is all dry and over priced meat! Do not buy they are horrible service as well and will treat you very bad ! You have been warned

Meat N’ Bone is what I use when I want to make great BBQ and grilled food at home. The meat is properly butchered and ready to go, which makes grilling a lot easier and more enjoyable. From steaks to ribs, I know I’m starting with quality cuts that cook the way they should. It’s a dependable place to buy meat when I want to make something delicious!

I have been their customer for a year and overall it has been a solid experience. The product quality is definitely the highlight you everything I have purchased has been delicious.

I’ve ordered from Meat N’ Bone a few times now and the quality has been consistently great. The steaks cook really well and always arrive properly packed. Price is worth it if you care about high quality meat and unique cuts that you don't usually find in a supermarket.

I would caution potential buyers with this vendor. Looked at getting some items for the Christmas holiday. The website communicated a variety of guarantees about delivery and shipping. Spoke with customer service before ordering just to make sure and confirmed their website has quite a bit of wrong information. They stop processing orders very early in the day, don't ship on Fridays and the guarantees about shipping and turn around that they have on their site are all bogus.

UPDATE:
The update provided by Gabriel was incorrect, the inquiry made was prior to their shipping cutoff and was made via call into their call center. No order was placed because their website was providing incorrect information. This wasn't a carrier limitation.
I did have a good back and forth with Gabriel via email and was able to identify the issue with their website for him as well as the discrepancies between the information they were communicating via their call center and the information being communicated via their website. Since the initial post the website looks to have been corrected and the cart is providing more accurate information.

My family planned a Thanksgiving trip from Texas to North Carolina to visit my parents. They requested that I cook a brisket for the holiday. So I ordered a 10-13 lbs brisket on 20 Nov 25. I was contacted that evening that this size was unavailable, and if I wanted it to arrive before Thanksgiving, I would need to upgrade to a larger size for $25. I agreed and was assured the brisket would arrive on Monday. The next day, I was told the brisket would not be sent out until Monday, November 24, and that since I chose overnight, it would arrive on Tuesday, the 25th. I asked Jay why this is called overnight, even though I initially placed the order on the 20th. Anyways, the Brisket didn't arrive until around 6 pm on Wednesday, the 26th, frozen, with no way to prepare it before Thanksgiving. So now there is a $160 piece of meat just sitting in my parents' freezer..... If I had been told that this might happen, I would have found another way to get a brisket there. This was a shame because when it arrived, it was an absolutely gorgeous piece of meat. However, Gabriel, the cofounder of the company, reached out to me personally to make this right and refunded my shipping costs.

My absolute favorite when it comes to meat! The variety and quality are outstanding compared to other shops, and everything I ordered arrived right on time. I actually called them a couple of times to get a recommendation on cuts for some family events, and I didn't regret choosing their meat. Whether you prefer seafood or beef, you really won't find a better quality anywhere else!

Best meat in the US. I get all my meat from here, from my ground beef to my wagyu for a nice dinner. Also love their seafood selection. My kids love the branzino and the salmon. Also their sauces are amazing. They deliver to your door all fresh. They are my to go for all protein!

The Tomahawk steak arrived fresh, well-packaged, and vacuum-sealed for optimal preservation. The cut is massive and beautifully marbled — exactly what you'd expect from a high-quality butcher.

You can tell this steak was handled with care. The bone is cleanly Frenched, the meat looks rich and well-aged, and there's a great balance of fat for flavor. It’s clear this is going to be a showstopper once it hits the grill.

Can’t wait to cook it — but even before that, it’s 5 stars for presentation, quality, and care in packaging.

I have been getting my special cuts for more than 5 years from these guys. I love to go to their shops and see every steak and be able to pick from a huge variety.

I placed on order on 1/15 for a wagyu filet for a birthday planned on 1/21. I paid 20 dollars extra for the faster shipping option, which I thought said 3-4 days, but the screenshot that I have says 2 days. In either case, it should have been here by 1/21. I emailed customer service to ask whether it would make it by that date and they replied that they were "excited to let you know that your order is all set and prepared to be shipped on Monday" which would have been 1/20. On Tuesday, 1/21, I finally got the email indicating that they finally shipped it to me. Thankfully I made backup plans because it is now 1/24, NINE days since I made the order, and its still not here. These people are beyond lazy and imcompentent. And the customer servie is horrible, when I asked for a refund, they offered me a 15% coupon off my next order... Obviously I will never order from them again (and neither should you).

This place has an amazing unique lineup of meats. Tried their Wagyu and Dry Aged Ribeyes and they were absolutely stunning! I've tried other providers and Meat N' Bone was just FAR superior in quality and service. Amazing experience!
