have issues with tire machine working right asked for a refund 2 weeks ago sent email never received a call from mechanics outlet had some guy from somewhere call me was extremely rude told me he sales 100's of the machines every year. I explained maybe something wrong with the machine his reply to me was maybe my shop don't know what we are doing. told me to take videos and show we know how to use. the instructions are the worse I've ever received on any product. ordered a parts washer showed up weeks after order damaged called about the issue weeks ago still dont have a replacement. all items I received are cheap made china products. I diffidently would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from them. I'm in the process of hiring a attorney to solve the issues.

I purchased a 11,000 pound lift (Tuxedo TP11KC-DX) and am very happy with it. I have seen reviews of different two post lifts that complain of no or poor installation instructions but found that Tuxedo ships a pretty good set of instructions with the lift and the instructions are also available to download online. I was able to get my local lumber yard to use their forklift to unload the delivery truck and that proved to be very valuable.

I couldn't be happier with Mechanic Outlet. Rudy was very good to deal with and was always easy to contact and was an excellent source of information. All together an excellent transaction.
