Honestly, I was really nervous about ordering from their website, but I decided to take the risk — and I don’t regret it at all. I received my package and I’m still a bit shocked because everything actually works.

Shipping was very fast — within 24 hours. They sent it via DHL to the UK without any issues. Then my friends forwarded it to another country for me.
Yes, customer support can be a bit slow sometimes, but when I contacted them on WhatsApp, they replied much faster.

Overall, this company is top. Highly recommend!

I have to edit my previous review because medecify corrected the notion I once had about their customer service.

Turned out their website was having some technical challenges which increased their number of orders, hence the inability to place order on their website and delayed response from their WhatsApp.

They reached out to me, apologized for the delay in response and attended to me. And even though the drug I intended buying was out of stock as at the time they reached out, their customer service is great and their manner of approach is very polite and professional.

Ordered some medication but it has not been received. No communication whatsoever. After sales service and customer support terrible as no one has reached out to communicate any delay or whatsoever. As of today, I have not received the medication.

Fast and reliable service

AfroPrime is the only evening primrose that aligns with my body system. it is scarce in Enugu pharmacies and I wanted to go crazy. Then I quickly got in touch with MEDECIFY, knowing that without afroprime my hormones are all over the place. (They even delivered before the estimated time) I crave sugar in an unhealthy manner ,I eat in an unhealthy manner,my pms is uncontrollable etc So I'm really happy now.
