Well I have to come here again to write about my horrible experience with this clinic. I have done the lenses replacement surgery on the 31st of October 2024 and I was promised by the Dr. Elif that I will never ever need to wear glasses in my life again. I left the clinic very excited with the news. I wasn't seeing properly but she guaranteed that soon I would see perfectly.
Nearly a year later I still not able to see clearly. It is obviously I need to wear glasses and even worse I still need wear multifocal glasses. I definitely just waste a lot of money and time. I also gained a huge vision issue because now I have to go under surgery again to fix it.

On my previous review I was accused of being the cause of my vision issue for not following the Dr. Elif advice after the surgery. That is not true because I did exactly what I was told to do for a month. She also accused me of going to optitician but that is also not true. I went to the Eye hospital in London twice. The last time for my surprise I have been informed that the toric lenses that Dr Elif replaced in my eyes does not correct myopia or presbyopia. It only correct astigmatism. So that's explains a lot.
Also I was informed by the ophthalmologist that if the lenses introduced in my eyes were rotated I would have distorted vision not blurry vision.
Therefore, I believe that Dr Elif is not telling the truth. I definitely do not trust them at all. Unfortunately I can't undo the surgery and now I have to live with that forever.
Thank God I having the support I need to sort this out here in London through the NHS. I'm eternally grateful for that.

SO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE EYE SURGERY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC.

They said they are still supporting me in case I provide them I have a diagnosis done by an ophthalmologist but up to now I haven't heard from them once.

It went brilliantly at first getting the operation and getting a lift back to the hotel but the driver failed to pick us up to get us to the airport I called them numerous times to be blanked so by the time we got the airport we had missed our flight then it cost us 600 more to get home which I had to borrow of my Son and they promised me 2 years of them keeping in touch with me for advice etc I messaged them to be blanked and still be blanked so I ain't very happy in the slightest

I travelled to get works done on my teeth
From the beginning I was really looked after from being picked up and taken to the hotel.

The team there are so friendly and nice and really make you feel at ease.

If you are considering having dental works or anything I would highly recommend them.

Also fell in love with Antalya and will be going back ❤️🇹🇷

Do Not Use

Had my blepharoplasty surgery done for both of my eyes, upper and lower, also ptosis for my right eye, I was told the surgeon was a professor and very highly qualified, the communication was good with the clinic but after started making excuses due to other eye issues which were irrelevant, I was charged for the the upper eye lids, access skin to be removed, my eye bags flattened, ptosis to be rectified, she tried to correct the issues but now my face is scared up, the surgery has left me scares on the side of my eyes, the bags are still there, the ptosis is not rectified. The London eye clinic (moorfields) have checked my eye and have not found any issues to the eyes, and can not understand if this surgery was carried out correctly? My left eye still feels the stretch pain on the side and both side look ugly with bad scar marks. Have informed them few occasions but have been ignored completely.

Auch das Hotel, in dem ich untergebracht war, und der Transfer service haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Es ist sehr angenehm, wahrend des Abnehmus Urlaub zu machen.

Absoult das Beste. Ging zu Medhera Health nach viel recherchieren, Trustpilot und sonst Kaninchenlöcher.... Und zum Glück war es so gut, alle Kritiken sagen. Sie waren freundlich und nahmen sich die Zeit, mit mir zu reden und mich zum Lachen zu bringen, als ich vor der Operation gestresst war.

Ich hatte vor fast zwei Wochen eine Magenmanschette und meine Erfahrung mit Medhera Health war absolut einwandfrei. Das Personal und der Hotelaufenthalt waren fantastisch. Die Operation war ein Erfolg. Ich habe bereits 19 Pfund abgenommen und fühle mich gut. Der einzige Kampf ist die psychische Gesundheit, die durch Pre-op-Diat und Post-op zu bekommen ist. Auf der flüssigen Phase noch und es ist ein Alptraum. Aber Medhera Health und die Pflege, die Sie erhalten, ist ein Juwel! Danke Medhera Gesundheit.

Ich bin von Berlin zu Medhera gekommen, um mich einer Sleeve-Operation zu unterziehen, weil ich meine Gesundheit verbessern wollte. Dr und sein Team waren unglaublich hilfsbereit und haben mich wahrend meiner gesamten bhandlung ermutigt und umfassend betreut. Die Ernahrungsberaterin in der Klinik gab mir fantastische Ernahrungstipps, indem sie mir verschiedene gesunde Optionen vorschlug, die auf meine neunen Ernahrungsbedürfinisse abgestimmt waren.

Die Operation selbst verlief reibungslos, und die Nachsorge war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter der Klinik sorgten afür, dass ich alle Unterstützung erhielt, die ich für eine erfolgreiche Genesung bnötigte. Ihr Engagement für die Patientenbetreuung war offensichtlich, ich fühlte mich wertgeschatzt und gut betreut.

Diese Klinik verdient ine Fünf-Sterne-Bewertung für ihre hervorragaende Betreuung und Unterstützung. Ich bin von den Ergebnissen begeistert und kann Medhera jedem, der eine Sleeve-Operation in Erwagung zieht, warmstens empfehlen. Ihre Professinoalitat und ihr Engagement für die Gesundheit der Patienten sind unübertroffen.

Great communication from the minute I booked. Once in turkey I was picked up promptly from the airport and the service was seamless from then on. DR Adem Usta was fantastic, listened to me throughout and put me at ease. The results are fantastic. Would highly recommend dr adem usta for anyone wanting a mummy makeover.

Just came back yesterday from my trip to Turkey where I have had zirconium crowns fitted through Medhera and then lip lift surgery. I travelled alone and was terrified but everything ran so smoothly from my airport collection, traveling to & fro to Precious dentist and Özel hospital and they were always on time. My coordinator for my trip was Manolia who kept me informed of everything I needed to do and was with me every step of the process and if not then Claudia the other coordinator was with me. They both work so hard and very long days but was available for me any time day or night. I had done all my research for the last 2 years and plucked up the courage to go ahead and book it and I am so pleased with my results and the company and would very highly recommend them.
They both are a credit to your company.

Ich hatte vor einigen Monaten eine Nasen-OP in Antalya.
Ich war mir Anfangs noch unsicher sowas im Ausland machen zu lassen.
Jedoch habe ich durch einen guten Freund von Medhera Health gehört.
Vom ersten Telefonat bis hin zur OP lief alles reibungslos.
Medhera war immer da wenn ich was braeuchte, hat sich um alles gekümmert und war mir vor Ort eine riesen Hilfe. Dafür bin ich sehr dankbar!

Und unabhaengig vom super Service, ist das Ergebnis auch unglaublich gut geworden. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen und würde es jederzeit wieder mit Medhera health machen.

Ich bin momentan in Antalya, wegen einem Hollywood Smile bei Medhera Health Dental. Eine super saubere Klinik am Eingang riecht es sehr gut :)

Der Arzt, das Personel wie auch die Assistentinnen sehr freundlich und zuvrlaessig. Meine Zaehne sind sehr schön und sauber angefertigt und bin super zufrieden. Auch danke an das Team, Medhera sowie der Fahrer auch Burhan sehr freundlich und pünktlich, man kann Sie 24 Stunden erreichen ob Tag&Nacht sie geht immer ans Telefon. Jetzt habe ich noch 3 Tage Urlaub und werde das schöne Wetter in Antalya genießen Vielen Tag nochmal

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, Alles war super. Das Krankenhaus, die Arzte, die Krankenschwestern-alles war super, Und Yasemin wardie ganzen Zeit dar und hat mir immer geholfen. Es ist jetzt vier Wochen her seit meine Operation und ich habe schon 14 kg abgenommen. Ich fühle mich viel leichter end habe schon viel mehr Energie.

Ich habe am 30.08.2024 mir den Schlauchmagen Op unterzogen. Ich bin jetzt wieder zuhause in Deutschland mir geht es sehr gut. Die Aufenthalt im Anatolia war sehr angenehm. Zudem muss ich sagen, dass ich ohne Begleitung da war. Ich hatte überhaupt nicht das gefühl gehabt, als waere ich alleine und braeuchte jemanden an meine Seite...

Hallo, ich bin Alf und hatte meine op bereits vor einer Woche. Das ganze Team ist sehr nett, und immer da wenn an was braucht. Ich wurde direkt am Flughafen schon nett begrüßt. Der Arzt(Nuri Koser) ist ebenso sehr freundlich. Dort ist überhaupt kein Stress. Eine Krankenschwester hat sich am Anfang Zeit und Gedud für ich genommen und ist mit mir gelaufen und hat natürlich auch bei anderen Sachen geholfen, falls es nötig war. Yaseminwar auch sehr fürsorglich und falls nicht im Krankenhaus immer bestens zu erreichen und hat sich auch sehr viel Zeit und Geudld genommen für ihre Patienten. Was mir gut tat, war so viel wie möglich zu laufen falls möglich natürlich.

Jetzt pach der Woche gehts mir auch ganz gut. Man muss die Emahrung umstellen und gucken, dass man vielleicht nicht zu viel tragt, was für manche schewer sein kann, aber sonst ist alles top und ich freue mich auch natürlich auf den weiteren Weg. :)

From the moment I made contact with Medhera Health Travel to enquire about upper and lower eye lid surgery, they have been totally professional, caring and understanding. The communication is good and very clear.
I was collected from the airport and taken to the hotel, picked up on the day of surgery and meet the team, I felt totally at ease as everything was explained.

After the surgery which was great, I was taken back to my hotel to rest with the team checking in on a regular basis.

I would highly recommend Medhera Health, I was a solo traveller and felt safe and had no concerns at all.

I really liked how professional and friendly they were, and this attitude continued from the beginning to the end. They were very good at providing information from accommodation to transfer and before and after surgery. Even though I had concerns at first, I realized that I made the right decision to have surgery abroad by choosing Medhera Clinic. Thank you for giving me this wonderful experience.

After 3 births Iwas not happy with how my body looked in the mirror although I worked out constantly and was careful with the food I had and decided to look for options to get a breast augmentation. I have searched online for a few doctors and clinics in Turkiye and plastic surgeon Dr. Adem usta really stood*out for me with his results in breast augmentation. I also had some belly fat which I couldn't get rid of whatever I do, so I consulted with soem pics and they told me liposuction would be a good option to get a flat stomach after all. I would like to thank everyone at Medhera because they were there for me from the beginning of my journey till the end and I was able to contact them anytime I needed. They picked me up from the airport to my hotel, which was lovely, and all my transfers were arranged, I didn't even have to lift a finger. The operation went smoothly and Dr adem was very helpful with all my questions. The hospital staff and my coordinator were always there to support me and thanks to them the language barrier was never a problem! after the operation for a few days I had minimal discomfort, but the healing process was so much better than Icould ever imagine. A few weeks after the operation now, I can see the improvement even now and as I was assured. I think i will look better than I did before having kids ina few months!

Medhera Health Centre are 5+plus nothing to much trouble Yasemin was amazing! I didn’t have surgery in the end … too small for surgery my fault I never weighed myself before I went 🙁and I had lost weight… they refunded me booked me into a beautiful hotel and changed my flight home .. hospital staff were lovely too I highly recommend surgery with Medhera Health they are amazing people😃

I came from Cambridge to get dental implants through Medhera, and now I'm leaving Antalya with a bright and beautiful smile :) I did have a fear of dental procedures because of all the negative experiences. I had back home, so it was a bit nerve-wracking for me to ahve a dental procedure far from home. Still, thanks to the meticulous planning by Medhera and the moral support given by their coordinators. I had the most amazing time. I didn't have to think about anything the whole time they helped mewith everything! The hotel was comfortable, and all the transfers were perfectly organized, making my stay in Antalya very pleasant.

The inute I stepped into the dental clinic I was warmly welcomed with big smiles all over and I was actually shocked with how luxurious the clinic looked. Nothing like the dental clinics here lol.

The dentist was extremelyprofessional and they explained the entire procedure in detail, which put me at ease. Over the few days, I went to the clinic for rehearsalst hey were swift and I was again dropped back to my hotel, whichmade it as if i were here for a vacation.

The dental implants look fantastic and feel just like my natural teeth. I'm so glad. I chose Medhera. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. If you're considering edntal implants, I highly recommend them. The level of care and professionalism is second to none.
