Despite submitting valid KYC documents, my verification was rejected without any clear reason. Even after receiving a payment from Higgsfield, Garna failed my KYC with no transparency, which feels unprofessional and damages user trust. Compared to PayPal’s smooth and transparent KYC process, Garna’s system is poorly designed. I only used this app because Higgsfield required it—otherwise, this experience gives no confidence to continue using Garna.

If you search for this company on reddit, you will see hundred of reports about their fraudulent DMCA requests that hurt thousands of streamers and causes lot of gameplay video content being deleted.
Even more, they hit large creators like Panchin making video disappear for several days until they dispute the claim.
Even if it is a bad AI deployment, they should not just spray strikes without verify them by humans and apply common sense and fair use laws.

Stealing other youtubers content and doing copyrights on them. I just got 2 copyrights for 10 years old videos of someone who has uploaded gameplay of the game recently and i got copyrighted for having similar content.

I discovered my youtube video was blocked due to a copyright claim (likely flagged by ai or something) and I disputed it. I used the chat service on the website and was quickly put through to human after the chatbot. The issue was resolved promptly. I appreciate the speed and professionalism in resolving the issue.

This MCN is a leech, probably the worst out there. Their service offered is useless and they will get huge chunk of your monthly earnings. Once you connect your YouTube channel its game over because connecting your YouTube channel means transferring of rights to the content. Please read carefully the terms of use. Their support team is very dishonest and do everything they can to avoid answering this part of their terms and conditions. Don't fall to this trap or you will loose your rights to your content.
