The delivery wasn't overly fast but the rest of the service was ok.

Arrived really quickly and easy to set up. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was when I called for information about purchasing the device, the girl I spoke with wasn’t very helpful or keen to make a sale. I ended up purchasing online which turned out to be easier than I thought it would be.

Very pleased with the product which suits our needs. Had a small problem with the online order but a phone call one week later was attended to immediately and the product was dispatched straight away.

As my finger strength and mobility is limited, I called the customer support number to help me change contact details and to check up the 'date/time/GPS coordinates' showing in text messages. The customer support team was EXCELLENT and provided me with practical and friendly assistance. Thank you.

Love this product. Many more features than the alarms that go through a monitoring system. Great to know you can speak directly to the wearer unless they are unconscious. Also love the fall detection function. After sales support has been very helpful. Highly recommend this product

Very good response with delivery in 3 days from order. The unit is easily booted up with my 91 year old aunt having done it by the time I saw it! It’s quite touchy but works a treat . I wish the lanyard was adjustable as it is too long in some instances. I highly recommend the medialarm.
