Another victim. Bought from Groupon. Never again :(

*SCAM* DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS RETAILER

Ripped off I got scammed. I paid for the product on Groupon never received it I’ve been back and forth with emails for three months and got no where don’t waste your money or time Groupon say email them direct they never answer And now i can’t get my money back. Groupon washed there hands with it too.

Absolute garbage. Bought a software package off them, have to jump through all sorts of hoops, still not managed to download. No contact number to get help.

Beware scam! Wish I'd checked on Trust pilot before I bought - like other reviewers I installed the software and it worked ok for a couple of weeks but then I got a message asking me to input the product key again. Then it told me that the key isn't valid. Shame on Groupon for allowing this scam on its platform

Microsoft Office purchased via a Groupon voucher: Same story as many other reviewers: initial delivery and installation went fine but after approx 1 month the installation stopped working and the activation key did not work. I was supplied with another activation key and this also did not work. I was advised to uninstall and re-install and then apply the activation key, but this did not work either. Since then my requests for support have gone unanswered. I don't think I will be getting a working installation any time soon. Would NOT recommend this Groupon voucher and I will not be buying from Mediamansoft in the future. I will be happy to amend this review if Mediamansoft do contact me (they owe me an email) and provide me with a working solution...

Purchased MS Office 2024 Pro Plus for a brand new laptop. We installed from the link provided on the same day as Win 11 was configured.
We were experiencing issues, so we checked on our Microsoft a/c and found Office 2016 home & student installed! Where did that come from?
As others have experienced to get this resolved, is like getting blood out of a stone.
I have given them 5 days to refund, otherwise with evidence I will ask Paypal to refund.

I purchased a Microsoft Windows 11 Pro through Groupon, and it has been a nightmare. The Windows activation key provided was faulty and wouldn't activate.

I have emailed their support team multiple times (January 1st and 2nd) and have been completely ignored for weeks. It is clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in providing a working product or any form of customer service.

A warning to other buyers: This company offers "bonus software" in exchange for 5-star reviews on Groupon. Do not be fooled by their high ratings; they are essentially buying positive feedback for a product that doesn't work.

I have had to escalate this as a non-delivery/faulty product claim with Groupon and am currently initiating a credit card chargeback. Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere from a legitimate seller who actually responds to support requests.

Bought a microsoft package via Groupon, downloaded and started working fine, after 2 weeks every time I opened any programme, it would appear an alert asking me for the product Key as the 'trial' expired. Called and email several times but never got a response - do not buy!!!

Followed all of the steps on the Groupon voucher to be met with a blank screen. I have emailed Mediaman for support- no reply.
I suppose if it looks too good to be true then it probably is. I shall be contacting Groupon for a refund.

I purchased office 2024 pro plus through Groupon.
I sent the purchase details to mediaman three times and never received any activation codes or the software download link.

Bought software licence. Did not work. Avoid

I tried many times to download the software. It will not download. The process does not request the licence key which Media Man gave to me. I have tried multiple times to contact them including emailing them several times calling the number on their website several times (which just rings out and no-one answers). This has been going on for weeks and no solution in sight. Don't touch them!

All I needed was a code to redeem my purchase. I got diverted on a wild goose chase with your code an incentive which is never achieved.
Don't touch it. This site needs negative emojis to describe them. One star too generous.

Never received product, no replie to enquiries, my advice would be to avoid like the plague! At best they are inept, at worst fraudulent.

I ordered Office 2024 and Window 10 bundle form Mediaman through Groupon. The program wouldn't download, it kept giving an error message (not the error message they said I might encounter). I've emailed the company on three separate occasions to request a refund or a solution, and they haven't had the decency to respond.
I've also tried to go through Groupon for a solution but they haven't been able to resolve this issue so far. Its also funny that I'm unable to put a review on the Groupon site, and all the reviews on there are wonderful???? Gary

Having the same issue as other users, I think groupon need to remove this deal as it is clearly not a legitimate company. I redeemed my voucher and have sent nothing.

Purchased MS Office 2019.
would not load...They sent a solution not related to the problem. Also purchased this through Groupon..I beleive there all in it together.Ignored my last emails.

High-Risk. Unsafe.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues.

I purchased from them through groupon. They never provided me the code. They respond to groupon and thye don't respond to me. They literally took my money. Do not buy.
