Stay away from MediBrace
For your own sake, stay away from this company. I learned the hard way and Iâm sharing my experience to help others avoid the same mistake.
Customer service is non-existent â I reached out through chat 3 times, called repeatedly (with no answer or even a proper voicemail identifying the company), and sent multiple emails with no response. They sent me an entirely different product than what I ordered. After much effort, they finally provided a return address. I sent the item back with tracking, which confirmed delivery â and then they completely disappeared again. No refund. No communication. Nothing.
I'm now out $500, with no product and no refund. Iâve been forced to file a chargeback. Save yourself the frustration â do not order from this company.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
UPDATE 3: HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! The brace arrived on 08/28/2024 after over 1 month of waiting and back and forth communication. Unfortunately, it was not suitable for our needs as the ad said it provides massage to muscles, but it does not and there is no effect of wearing it, one part is missing - there is no pin for adjusting the brace as the manual shows. We decided to return it. It was only tried on once and went back into the package. I have been trying to contact Medibrace to help with a return for a week, calling daily and leaving a voicemail. Nobody has called me back. I also sent an email and nobody has replied. I am unable to submit a request on the website because the parcel status has not even been updated to Delivered yet DO NOT BUY FROM MEDIBRACE. I have never come across a company with such horrible communication. I am now out of $1102 for an item that is not worth that money for the functionality it offers.
UPDATE 2: Nobody emailed me the tracking number. Had to call Medibrace and leave a voicemail letting them know. A representative reached out on the morning of 08/27/2024 and provided the tracking number allowing me to track the order. It shows the package should arrive on 28/08/2024.
UPDATE 1: a representative from Medibrace reached out on 26/08/2024 and assured me that I will receive an email with my tracking number and the package should arrive on 27/08/2024.
I placed an order for a Coxatrain brace on July 17th and we waited for someone to call me to confirm sizing for a few weeks. Phone number on the website is never available, so I found a working number in the After pay Merchant contact info. I was finally able to get through and confirm sizing on August 15th and was told they tried reaching out a couple times, but actually we never received any calls. I don't know if the issue is with my phone itself. I was advised the brace would arrive on the week of August 19-23. Nothing arrived. Called again on Friday, the 23rd of August in the morning - no one answered, I left a voicemail. No one called me back. Called again multiple times on Monday 26th of August, again nobody picked up the phone and there is no way for me to track the order. I don't even know which carrier my order is supposed to be shipped with. I will change the rating to positive when I get the item I paid for and when someone actually reaches out to me to resolve this. If you are selling such expensive medical devices, we should be able to track them in transit, get them in a timely manner and be able to easily contact you. I am not saying that you are a bad company, I think it is really good that you provide such items and I know that many people got their orders successfully and are really happy. I am just frustrated with this experience as I paid a considerable amount of money for this brace. It was a gift for a family member who has been suffering from some mobility problems. If you are unable to send me the brace that I paid $1100 for, then at least help me with a refund please.
