Very, Very fastest service.

Subject: Poor Service and Lack of Response – Driving Licence Medical (Form 1)
I am responding to the medical centre’s reply.

I have responded to all emails and followed every instruction. Your team confirmed a Google Meet link would be sent for the consultation. That link was never provided.

There is a full email trail confirming this. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no response.

The service was not delivered due to your lack of action. I strongly advise others to avoid this organisation—you may not receive your certificate or any response. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

We would like to place the complete timeline on record for clarity.

- 5th March, 11:32 AM – Payment completed
- Ear and eye test initially not qualified; second attempt was requested by you and successfully completed the same day
- 5th March, 12:54 PM – Ophthalmologist consultation scheduled (mandatory for Kerala Form 1A cases); call could not be completed as incoming calls were not available on your number

Follow-up attempts from our end:

- 5th March, 2:39 PM – Call attempt + email
-7th March, 5:32 PM – Call attempt + email
- 10th March – Multiple call attempts + email communication

All emails were successfully delivered and opened. We can share complete call logs and email records for verification, if required.

As per medical and regulatory requirements, the certificate cannot be issued without completion of the mandatory doctor consultation. This step is not optional.

Due to unsuccessful contact attempts and lack of response, the case remained inactive as per process.

I requested a Form 1 driving licence medical certificate to be submitted to the RTO after completing my online test. However, I have still not received the required doctor consultation.

Despite sending multiple reminders, there has been no response or update from your team. This lack of communication and delay in providing a time-sensitive service is highly disappointing.

I expected a more professional and timely response. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

The system is excellent however people managing telecalling can put things on hold for more than a week.

Its a myth that your certifcate gets delivered within 48 gours forget about 30 minutes
I am waiting over 10 days for my cerificate even after completion of medical test. They blame customer for missing calls rather than taking ownership and follow up. Sheer waste of money

All online medical certificates are not valid in Malaysia as of late 2025. However, this website is providing misleading and inaccurate information to customers by suggesting that such certificates are acceptable. As a result, I have been misled into purchasing a service that does not meet legal or regulatory requirements. Furthermore, I have been unable to obtain a refund despite raising this issue. This situation is highly concerning and reflects a lack of transparency and accountability. I strongly urge the company to correct the misleading information on its website immediately and to process appropriate refunds for affected customers.

They are very commercial and money-minded. Once they get their payment, they don’t reply or even see your messages!

I am sharing this review as someone who worked with this organization and has firsthand visibility into how processes are handled internally.
Based on my experience, there are serious gaps in professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Communication is inconsistent, timelines are unclear, and issues are often left unresolved without proper ownership.
Given the sensitive nature of medical certificates, trust and compliance are critical. Unfortunately, based on what I have seen and experienced, I would strongly advise people to avoid taking medical certificates from this platform and consider more reliable and ethical alternatives.
This review is posted in the interest of helping others make an informed decision.

Very good communication. The process was simple. I needed a medical certificate for gym and sports - they were able to handle. I am glad I found them.

My Daughter requested for a certificate for 5 days and also paid for the same . However when she received the certificate was only for 2 days , which was anyway a weekend , so practically of no use for her . However when we reached out for the amendment it was refused on the pretext that the certificate cannot be amended ! please be very careful when opting for this service as they do not deliver what they promise and once payment is made are not even willing to listen .. They ask you to pay in advance and then do what they please . We had to again pay for a certificate and fill the form for the same to be issued.. absolute waste of money anyways .. be very careful

Great and quick service

Life saving for foreigners in new countries without GP’s!

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I booked a consultation for a medical certificate and spoke directly with one doctor, who assured me that the letter would reflect our conversation accurately.
However, the certificate I received was issued by a different doctor I never met or spoke to, and it was a generic medical note, not what we had discussed during my consultation. I immediately reached out through email, WhatsApp, and online support, but it has been over 24 hours with no meaningful response or resolution.
I paid $72 CAD for this service and expected professionalism, accuracy, and transparency, especially for a sensitive document. Unfortunately, my experience so far has been frustrating and unreliable. I hope the agency improves its communication and ensures that medical documents are issued only by the doctor who actually consults with the client.

Quick and nice help and not wait such a long time for certificate

The concept and the service is good but the process can be better.
