Review of My First Surgery Experience with the Medical Dental Turkey

1. Initial Consultation: I found the clinic through a Google search. Communication with Sinem was fast and professional. All advice from the dentists was conveyed via her, and I received a 20% discount from the original quote, which was comparable to other quotes I had received. I am from UK and the quote is about the third of the price I need to pay here.

2. Transport: The package included transport, which was well-organized and timely.

3. Arrival: Upon arrival, I was looked after by Sehmus, who was very professional.

4. Clinic Appearance: The reception area didn’t match the company profile picture I was shown. Sehmus explained that the clinic had become part of an agency, though I did still see the "Medical Dental Turkey" logo. [Attached picture for reference.]

5. Dentist's Profile: The dentist who performed my operation, Dincer Kader, was not listed on the company's English website. Noticing my concern, Sehmus quickly found and shared the dentist's profile and Instagram page with me.

6. Examination: Upon arrival, I had a full-mouth X-ray and was examined by the chief dentist, Zehra Uğur, who was very professional. I was briefed on the treatment plan, which matched what I had been told prior to traveling.

7. Payment: Payment was made before the operation and was exactly as originally agreed. There were no additional charges for the X-ray scan, tooth extraction, anesthesia, or medication afterward.

8. Clinic Tour: I was given a tour of the clinic, including the lab where I could see the materials used for the crowns.

9. Operation & Aftercare: The operation went smoothly. Aftercare was handled by Joe, who provided me with detailed instructions on post-surgery care. He also arranged my transport after the visit.

10. Post-Operation Checkup: The following day, I had a checkup with Zehra Uğur, who again demonstrated honesty and professionalism. When I inquired about cosmetic surgery, she gave me a straightforward and honest opinion without pushing additional services.

11. Follow-up Treatment Plan: A more detailed treatment plan was drawn up during my checkup, and plans were made for my second treatment.

12. Next Steps: I will return in six months for my second treatment.

Overall Impression: I am very satisfied with my experience so far and look forward to the continuation of my treatment.

The patient rep was helpful and understanding and booked me in another hotel as the initial hotel did not have wifi and I needed to work. They even put me in an office at the clinic so that I can work whilst they found me a different hotel. The second part of the treatment went smoothly and this time they have somebody there to translate my questions and have the dentist explain. All in all a good experience.

First of 2 visits, fantastic service from start to finish. Everyone in the clinic took great care of me. Had a small issue with getting the fitting correct but the staff assured me this would be sorted & it was before I left.

Choosing the team here from the many on offer was the best decision i made. From the initial free consultation in Harley St, they do not pressure sell but give you the facts, the costs and written figures and to go away and think about it. They understood the various dental traumas i have had in the past and arranged General Anaesthestic for the extensive work i knew i already required. Everything went smoothly and with no real pain after. I had Chilli (patient co-ordinator) who was amazing, sat with me updating my partner throughout the initial surgery and translated everything that was going on , always answering all my questions and provided the best care and aftercare that anyone could ask for in putting my mind to rest. She held the whole process together for me. The whole team were fantastic and my main dentist Dr Zehra was also super patient with my anxiety and taken the time to get my bite, alignment and a fantastic natural looking teeth and smile that i am over the moon with. Friends and mates who usually mock, have even commented how good and not "turkeyteeth" they really look ! I had some queries after, which the clinic happily have you back in to check and re-assure before you go home. There is no rush, they have the time you need to ensure you are happy and genuinely care about what they do and ultimately you. Their clinic is immaculately clean as you would expect, and their pricing is clear and fair. With this sort of work, its not all about price, but care and peace of mind as well as the end result and i have to say the whole journey with medical dental and the way they look after you i would have no hesitation in recommending. Don't hesitate! Medical Dental was the best experience I have had in 50 years of using dentists in the UK. A certified phobic, I never thought I would ever get over my fear. Medical Dental were fantastic in every way, I had 3 Implants which were pretty painless, I also had sedation and was pleased that they could see how nervous I was and really helped me to feel calm. A superb team and I highly recommend them.

I started to follow medical dental on Instagram found out they were coming to Birmingham for a meet & greet consultation day so made appt to go was made very welcome & met the fabulous staff had consultation and felt I could trust these guys so I made arrangements and I went to Antalya end of February was met at airport lovely guys who pick you up accommodation great so I was lucky to only have to have some teeth extracted I had badly fitting dentures which I absolutely hated... I went on to have implants fitted I did have bruising looked like Tyson had clobbered me but soon faded so last week I returned to medical dental for the fitting of my new teeth the staff what can I say everyone took great care of me and my friend who came with me for support and they would not let me go until they got everything correct and they were happy I can't express my feelings that final day tears flowed I have great respect for this team all are amazing I send my thanks & lots of love to everyone ❤️ 😊 😁

What can I say about this clinic as everyone knows they is loads of them from my experience it was first class from first getting in touch via WhatsApp to coming out everything was perfect and they were very helpful all the way through the whole process the staff are always there to help and answer any questions or concerns I may of had ( witch I did not )

This team here are absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful, my treatment started Monday and I had almost a full set of crowns very minimal pain if any and I was done and completed by Wednesday, they look absolutely amazing and would highly recommend this dentist, thank you to all of you better than expected

I returned 3 days ago from having my teeth done. Travelled out on Sunday 14th, collected in nice Mercedes Vito and taken to my hotel.I was in constant contact with Chilli who has answered any question via Whats App since my London visit which was 4 months ago. Collected bang on time every time by transport co! On the Monday they redone the Xray and i needed a bit of additional root canal. So nothing done on first day and i went back to hotel. Tuesday teeth ground down and plastic ones put in, plus 2 sessions of root canal. The dentist was brilliant making small amendments making sure that she and I were both happy. Wednesday was a free day. Back Thursday to put new teeth in, again a few more changes made, colour's picked, back to hotel. Friday collected and in for a couple of hours for final fitting, again we made a few subtle adjustments. Then back to hotel all done. I think the service was very good and i have no complaints with my crowns, obviously only been in a few days and hopefully they will stay in!!!! I have no complaints about this company, i left with all my paperwork, i spoke to some people at the airport that paid less than me and had no paperwork of any description!!! I cant fault Medical Dental whats so ever! I done my homework choosing them and to do i simply cannot complain about them!

First of all, they are very friendly and supportive. Secondly, they are very professional. In fact, I received better treatment, then I have received in England in the last 30 years. You are left with the feeling that what they have done will last for many years to come. The end result is that you can eat with confidence, and feel generally more confident in your own appearance, and all for a fraction of The price you would pay in Great Britain. I am very grateful to the entire team for what they have made possible.

When I started on my journey to a new smile I had hoped my experience would be a good one. After meeting some of the team in the UK and extensive research I decided to place my trust in Medical Dental and their team of experts. I can honestly say it was a great decision. The whole process was coordinated beyond my expectations, from travel arrangements to clinic appointments. The treatment was practically painless and done with the utmost care and attention to detail. Chilli and the patient care team were amazing, as were the brilliant dentists and implant specialists.
