I sent my initial enquiry on behalf of…

I sent my initial enquiry on behalf of my son on the evening of Monday 20th July. I received a prompt telephone call from MPL the following morning and an email later on the same day accepting instructions to investigate our claim. I couldn't believe the speed at which they delivered such a positive response. Thank you to the MPL team for their professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. I would highly recommend them.

From original talking to Megan on…

From original talking to Megan on Wednesday 18th June,who I feel felt my pain herself, she was incredibly caring and thoughtful, to then speaking to Laura who gave off so much care, she immediately made me feel easier about my issue. I sent documents on Thursday, I received a reply within two hours. I sent documents on Friday, and again received a response within two hours. I think Laura said I would get a response about wether they could take on my case within a week. On Monday 22nd, I received the response I was hoping for! Couldn’t praise the team enough. Thank you for giving me some relief.

Justine Jones was very patient with the fact I am very deaf. She was very patient too.
She explained thoroughly all the points I needed to know.
I was very impressed with the way she conducted the
